Ինչպե՞ս են ապահովվելու 40 մլրդ դրամի հավելյալ մուտքերը
POLITICSԵրեկ Ազգային ժողովում, ներկայացնելով կառավարության 2018 թ. գործունեության մասին զեկույցը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ասել է, որ «ամփոփելով այս տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսների մեր գործունեությունը՝ մենք եկանք այն եզրակացության, որ 2019 թ. բյուջեի եկամտային մասը կգերակատարվի 40 մլրդ դրամով, այսինքն, մոտ 90 մլն դոլարով»:
Վարչապետի կարծիքով, դա նշանակում է, որ կառավարությունը կգերակատարի 2019-ի պետբյուջեի եկամուտների մասով ծրագիրը, որն ավելի վաղ հաստատվել էր Ազգային ժողովի կողմից:
«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, այս տվյալները հաճելի անակնկալ են եղել նաև Փաշինյանի համար: Ըստ ներքին ուսումնասիրությունների, այդ հավել յալ եկամուտների ավելացումը արդյունք է (նաև՝ արդյունք կլինի) ստվերի դեմ պայքարի և Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի վարած քաղաքականության: Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, ՊԵԿ նախագահն այն քիչ պաշտոնյաներից է, ում աշխատանքից վարչապետը լիարժեքորեն գոհ է: Ինչ վերաբերում է գործիքակազմին, ապա արդյունավետ աշխատանքին նպաստում է հատկապես այն հանգամանքը, որ ՊԵԿ-ը բավականին լավ թվայնացման մակարդակ ունի, որը թույլ է տալիս վեր հանել այն ոլորտը կամ ընկերությունները, որոնք համարվում են առավել ռիսկային: Կառավարության մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, ըստ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների, երկրորդ հանգամանքը, որը նպաստելու է հավել յալ պետական եկամուտների հավաքագրմանը, քաղաքացու և կառավարության երկխոսության ձևավորումն է:
