Փարիզում կատարված ահաբեկչական գործողությունները եւ Սինայի երկնքում ռուսական A321 ինքնաթիռի աղետը «ունեն այն բանի նշանները», որ դրանք «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման ծայրահեղականների ձեռքի գործն են: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս պնդումով նոյեմբերի 16-ին հանդես Է եկել ԱՄՆ-ի Կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության տնօրեն Ջոն Բրենանը՝ Վաշինգտոնում ելույթ ունենալով Ռազմավարական եւ միջազգային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնում:

Ընդսմին, նրա կարծիքով, «առայժմ վերջնական եզրակացություններ չեն արվել» երկու ողբերգությունների մեղավորների վերաբերյալ: Բրենանը նաեւ ցավակցություն Է հայտնել Ռուսաստանին եւ Ֆրանսիային:

ԿՀՎ-ի ղեկավարն այն կարծիքին Է, որ այժմ անհրաժեշտ Է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների հատուկ եւ ուժային կառույցների «աննախադեպ համագործակցությունը»: «ԴԱԻՇ-ից եկող սպառնալիքը դա Է պահանջում, հավելել Է Բրենանը:

Նոյեմբերի 13-ի երեկոյան մի շարք ահաբեկչական գործողություններ են տեղի ունեցել Փարիզում եւ մայրաքաղաքի Սեն Դենի արվարձանում՝ Stade de France մարզադաշտի մոտ, որտեղ ֆուտբոլային մրցախաղ Էր ընթանում Ֆրանսիայի եւ Գերմանիայի հավաքականների միջեւ: Ըստ վերջին տվյալների՝ ահաբեկչական գրոհների հետեւանքով զոհվել Է 129, տուժել շուրջ 350 մարդ: Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմ Է հայտարարել երկրում եւ կարգադրել Է ուժեղացված հսկողություն սահմանել պետական սահմանի հատման նկատմամբ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
