Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Կազանովան ամբողջ կյանքում զբաղվել է միայն կանանց գայթակղելով և, ունենալով սեռական գերակտիվություն, կապեր է ունեցել բազմաթիվ կանանց հետ: Կազանովա անունը անգամ դարձել է հասարակ անուն, և այդպես կոչում են կնամոլներին: 

Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:

Բանն այն է, որ իտալացի գրող Ջակիմո Ջիլորամո Կազանովան որպես կնամոլ հանրահայտ է դարձել շնորհիվ հենց իր գրած ինքնակենսագրականի: Այնտեղ նա բավականին անկեղծորեն պատմել է իր արկածների մասին, իսկ այն ժամանակ նման գրվածքները քիչ էին: Արդյունքում սկսեցին առասպելներ տարածվել նրա մասին: Մասնավորապես այն, որ նա հասցրել է քնել բազմաթիվ կանանց հետ: Ըստ սեփական ինքնակենսագրականի, Կազանովան իր 73-ամյա  կյանքի ընթացքում գայթակղել է 130 կնոջ: Առաջին հայացքից թվում է, թե սա մեծ թիվ է: Բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել այն, որ այն ժամանակ կնոջ հետ անցկացրած գիշերը հաճախ պատճառ չէր, որ ծանոթանաս այդ կնոջ հետ: Ի վերջո, գայթակղելը դեռ չի նշանակում քնել նրա հետ: Հետո էլ հասարակ հաշվարկը ցույց է տալիս, որ Կազանովան տարեկան գայթակղել է ընդամենը 5-6 կնոջ, որը նրա մշտական ճանապարհորդությունների պարագայում հազիվ թե մեծ թիվ է: Պարզ է, որ ներկայիս որոշ «կազանովաներ» մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են նրան: Կազանովային դժվար է հասարակ կնամոլ համարել, որը ընդամենը հարստացնում է իր ցուցակը հերթական կնոջ հետ քնելով: Նա վարում էր գիտակցված սեռական կյանք և թույլ չէր տալիս ավելորդություններ և այլասերվածություններ: Նա սիրում էր գործ ունենալ նույն կնոջ հետ մի քանի անգամ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ անգամ ամիսներ: Պետք է նշել, որ սեռական կապի մեջ նա մտնում էր միայն փոխադարձ համաձայնության դեպքում, ընդ որում՝ պարտադիր տեղյակ պահելով կնոջը, որ ինքը չունի երկարաժամկետ հարաբերություններ հաստատելու նպատակ, որ չեն լինելու փոխադարձ պարտավորվածություններ և որ կինը շատ չսիրահարվի, որ հետո բաժանումը հեշտ տանի:

Առանձին նշենք, որ Կազանովայի կյանքը նվիրված չէր միայն սիրային խաղերին, ավելին՝ դա նրա համար անգամ երկրորդական էր: Նա շրջել է ամբողջ Եվրոպան, Ֆրանսիայում կազմակերպել է ազգային վիճակախաղ, ծանոթ է եղել Մոցարտին և Վոլտերին, Ռուսաստանում թագուհուն համոզել է նոր օրացույց մտցնել, եղել է վենետիկյան բանակի զինվոր, քարոզիչ, ալքիմիկ, ջութակահար, խաբեբա ու անգամ լրտես: Նրա գրչին է պատկանում աշխարհում առաջին գիտաֆանտաստիկ նովելը, նա իտալերեն է թարգմանել Հոմերոսի «Իլիականը» և այլն:

Կազանովան ամուսնացել է 40 տարեկան հասակում: Ըստ առասպելի, նա այնքան էր ցնցված մի աղջկա գեղեցկությամբ, որ չէր կարող թույլ տալ, որ այդ «հրաշքին» տիրանա ուրիշ որևէ մեկը: Այստեղ ամենահետաքրքիրն այն է, որ, ի հակադրություն իր կենսագրականի, ժամանակակիցների վկայությամբ, իրականում ամուսնությունից հետո Ջակիմո Ջիլորամո Կազանովան ոչ մի անգամ իր կնոջը չի դավաճանել: Չեն օգնել անգամ բազմաթիվ գեղեցիկ, հարուստ կանանց գայթակղությունները: Նա մնացել է հավատարիմ ամուսին:
