  1. 1թ.գ. մանրացրած տերևների վրա երեկոյան լցնել սառը եռացրած ջուր,թրմե գիշերվա ընթացքում,առավոտյան այն պատրաստ կլինի:Ընդունել 1-2ճ.գ. օրական 4 անգամ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ:
  2. 1թ.գ. մանրացրած տերևների վրա լցնել եռացրած ջուր,թողնել 20-30 րոպե,ընդունել 1/4 բաժակ օրական 3 անգամ ուտեուց 30 րոպե առաջ,4-րդ անգամը՝քնելուց առաջ:
