- 1/2 բաժակ ջրածնի պերօքսիդ
- 1/2 թ.գ. աղ
- տաք ջուր
- բերանի խոռոչը մաքրելու համար հակասեպտիկ հեղուկ
- ատամի խոզանակ
- բաժակ
- ատամի թել
Քայլ 1
Բաժակի մեջ խառնել սոդան և աղը, խոզանակը թրջել տաք ջրով,թաթախել խատնուրդի մեջ և լվանալ ատամները դրանով մոտ 5 րոպե։
Քայլ 2
Խառնել ջրածնի պերօքսիդը և տաք ջուրը,ողողել բերանը դրանով մոտ 1 րոպե։Թքել ամբողջ պարունակությունը և ողողել բերանը 1/2 բաժակ սառը ջրով։
Քայլ 3
Ատամի թելով մաքրել ատամների դեղին հատվածները,սակայն դա անել շատ զգույշ,որպեսզի ատամները չվնասվեն։
Քայլ4
Վերջում ողողել բերանը հակասեպտիկ միջոցով։Լավ աիդյունքի համար սա պետք անել 2 օրը մեկ։
