Շատերը համոզված են, որ մենք օգտագործում ենք մեր ուղեղի ընդամենը 10%-ը, դրա համար էլ մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի մեջ թաքնված է անհավանական ներուժ, որին դեռ չենք հասել։ Սակայն դա սոսկ առասպել է՝ հավանաբար ինչ-որ մի ծնողի կողմից հյուսված, ով դրանով փորձում է իր երեխային ստիպել վերջ տալ ծուլությանը ու վերջապես գործով զբաղվել։

 

Եվ թեպետ մինչ այսօր հաստատ չգիտենք, թե ինչի է ունակ մեր ուղեղը, հավատացեք, ոչինչ չի խանգարի բացահայտել ձեր ողջ ներուժը, եթե միայն դուք դա ցանկանաք։

 

Ձեր ներկայիս ապատիան և աշխատել չցանկանալը բոլորովին էլ կապված չեն ինչ-որ մենթալ բլոկի հետ, որը դուք պետք է վերացնեք չտեսնված բարձունքներ նվաճելու համար։

Մի հայացք նետեք այն մարդկանց վրա, ումով դուք հիանում եք ու անպայման կտեսնեք, որ կարևոր չէ, թե նրանք արդեն ինչի են հասել․ նրանք, միևնույն է, ձգտում են ավելիին ու մեծ պատրաստակամությամբ ողջունում են նոր փորձությունները։

Ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ մենք իսկապես մինչև վերջ չենք օգտագործում մեր ուղեղի ողջ ներուժը, բայց միայն այն պատճառով, որ ինքներս ենք թերագնահատում մեր ուժերը։ Չկա ոչ մի արգելք, որը մեզ կանգնեցնում է։ Մենք ինքներս ենք կանգնում մեր ճանապարհին։

Մեր մարմինն արտադրում է էներգիայի հսկայական քանակություն, և մոտավորապես դրա մեկ երրորդը խլում է ուղեղը, քանի որ այլապես նա պարզապես չի կարող նորմալ կենսագործունեություն ապահովել։ Ուղեղն աշխատում է անընդհատ, սակայն մենք այնքան էլ չենք սխալվում, երբ ասում ենք, որ լինում են շրջաններ, երբ մենք այն ողջ ուժով չենք կիրառում։

Ոչ մի մեքենա և մարդկային մարմնի որևէ օրգան չի կարող առանց ընդմիջումների առավելագույն հզորությամբ երկար աշխատանքին դիմանալ։

Ուղեղը ներգրավում է իր բոլոր նեյրոնները, պարզապես հերթով ու տարբեր նպատակներով։ Նա չի օգտագործում միևնույն հատվածները՝ և՛ խոսքը ճանաչելու, և՛ ուտելու, և՛ սովորելու համար։

Ամենօրյա կյանքում մենք հաճախ ստիպված ենք շատ բաներ միաժամանակ անել, և եթե մեր ուղեղն աշխատեր ընդամենը 10%-ով, մենք պարզապես չէինք կարողանա դա անել։

Բայց եթե դուք ուզում եք բարձրացնել աշխատանքի արտադրողականությունը, հատկապես եթե այդ աշխատանքն ինտելեկտուալ բնույթ ունի, դուք պետք է սովորեք որոշակի մնեմոնիկ ու խելացի տեխնիկաների տիրապետել, ինչպես նաև ազատվել որոշակի սովորություններից, որոնք սոսկ ձեզ հետ են քաշում։

Դուք չեք կարող հասնել նպատակներին, քանի դեռ ժամանակ եք վատնում մի գործունեության վրա, որը սոսկ իզուր վատնում է ռեսուրսները՝ ոչ մի օգտակար բան ձեր կյանք չբերելով։

Փոխանակ հավատաք այն բանին, որ ձեր ուղեղը ողջ ուժով չի աշխատում, և դուք դրա հետ ոչինչ չեք կարող անել, արժե սովորել առավելագույնս օգտագործել ձեզ տրված ժամանակը, և այդ ժամանակ հաստատ ամեն ինչ կստացվի։
