Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարածը՝ մասնաճյուղի ղեկավար
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ուշագրավ նշանակում է արվել «Բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրացանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ում: Պետական այս կազմակերպության Արևմտյան (Գյումրի) մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն է նշանակվել Արսեն Գաբրիել յանը: Այս անուն-ազգանունը գուցե շատերին ոչինչ չասի, սակայն պարզվում է, որ նա բավականին «հայտնի» է եղել մոտ 3 տարի առաջ: Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով 2016թ. փետրվարի 29-ին նա ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով: Բանն այն է, որ փաստացի Գաբրիելյանին պատկանող ՀԷԿ-ից «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ առաքված էլեկտրաէներգիայի իրական ծավալը երեք տարի շարունակ ներկայացվել է շատ ավելին։ Արդյունքում, ըստ ՔԿ հաղորդագրության, հափշտակվել է 95 մլն դրամ: Այնուհետ գործը կարճվել է, քանի որ վնասն ամբողջությամբ հետ է վերադարձվել ՀԷՑ-ին: Այդ ժամանակահատվածում Գաբրիել յանը զբաղեցրել է «Հայաստանի Էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ի իրացման տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնը և ի պաշտոնե ղեկավարել է արտադրող կայաններից էլեկտրաէներգիայի գնման և վաճառքով զբաղվող՝ ՀԷՑ-ի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման աշխատանքները։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այդ տարիներին նույն ՀԷՑ-ը խոսում էր կորուստների 14 տոկոսի նվազեցման անհնարինության մասին, մինչդեռ այսօր դրանք 9 տոկոս են կազմում: Փաստացի «նոր Հայաստանում» պետական կառույցում պաշտոնի է նշանակվում անձ, ով, ըստ էության, ժամանակին օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը՝ առանձնակի խոշոր չափերի հափշտակությամբ է զբաղվել: Իսկ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունը, իրավապահ մարմինները մշտապես խոսում են կոռուպցիայի ու արատավոր այլ երևույթների դեմ պայքարի մասին, այդ թվում, ի դեպ, ԲԷՑ-ում:
