Շատերը գիտեն այն մասին, թե ինչպես է ծխելը ազդում առողջության վրա և ինչքան վատ հետևանքների կարող է հանգեցնել այն: Նրանք, ովքեր ակտիվ ծխողներ են և երկար ժամանակ ծխում են, շատ լավ գիտեն, որ ծխախոտից հրաժարվելը այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ: Իրականում այն շատ ավելի բարդ և դժվարին գործընթաց է:

Ծխողների մեծամասնությունը շատ հաճախ կարճատև դադարներով փորձում են հրաժարվել այդ վատ սովորությունից, սակայն շատ շուտ նորից վերադառնում են դրան:

Այսօր մենք ձեզ կներկայացնենք ծխելուց հրաժարվելու մի քանի բնական միջոց, որոնք առավելագույնս կմաքրեն օրգանիզմը և կվերացնեն ծխախոտի հանդեպ ունեցած պահանջը:

Խորհուրդ ենք տալիս հետևել այս ցուցումներին և պահապանել սեփականն առաողջությունը:

Բաղադրիչներ

  • 1 ճաշի գդալ քրքումի փոշի, 1 կոճապղպեղի արմատ
  • 1 գլուխ սոխ, 1 լիտր ջուր
  • 2 ճաշի գդալ մեղր

Օգտագործման եղանակը շատ պարզ է:

Ձեզ պարզապես անհրաժեշտ է լավ լվանալ սոխը և կոճապղպեղը, այնուհետև կտրատել, լցնել ջրի մեջ և եփել:

Խառնուրդը պետք է եփել շատ թույլ կրակի վրա մոտավորապես 45 րոպե: Եռացնելուց հետո խիտ լուծույթը կաթսայից պետք է տեղափոխել հերմետիկ կափարիչով որևէ տարայի մեջ, որպեսզի հեղուկը հասցնի հանգստանալ:

Ամեն անգամ ծխելու անհրաժեշտություն զգալիս, խորհուրդ է տրվում 2 ճաշի գդալ խմել այդ լուծույթից, որը օրեցօր կնվազեցնի ծխախոտի հանդեպ ունեցած պահանջը:

  • Խաղողի 15 հատիկ, Սառույցի 3 կտոր
  • 1 ճաշի գդալ իմբիրի փոշի, 1 ճաշի գդալ ժենշեն
  • 1 լիտր ջուր, 1 գազար
  • 1 նարինջ, 1 լիմոն

Ճզմեք նարինջը և լիմոնը, մաքրեք գազարը և այն բաժանեք մանր մասերի:
Այնուհետև բոլոր բաղադրիչները լցրեք բլենդերի մեջ և կստանաք անհրաժեշտ խառնուրդը:

Կերեք այն առավոտյան և երեկոյան քնելուց առաջ այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև ծխախոտի հանդեպ եղած պահանջը չանհետանա:
