Սոդան ծայրահեղ օգտակար նյութ է, որը կարելի է օգտագործել զանազան նպատակներով՝ սկսած տան մաքրությունից վերջացրած մաշկի խնամքով։

Սոդան ոչ միայն հասունացնում է խմորը, այլ նաև օգում է պայքարել տարբեր հիվանդությունների դեմ, ինչպես նաև սպիտակեցնում է սպիտակեղենը։

1․Ատամների սպիտակեցում։

Սոդայի համակցությունը ջրածնի պերօքսիդի հետ հնարավոր է օգտագործել ատամների սպիտակեցման համար։ Բայց պետք է հիշել, որ չի կարելի այն օգտագործել շաբաթը 1 անգամից ավել։Հակառակ դեպքում ատամների էմալը կվնասվի։

2․Մաշկի սև կետերի (ուգրիների) հեռացում։

Սոդան շատ էֆեկտիվ միջոց է պզուկների և սև կետերի դեմ։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է սոդան խառնել ջրի հետ և քսել անհրաժեշտ տեղում։

3․Մաշկի փափկեցում։

Եթե Ձեր ձեռքերի և ոտքերի մաշկը հաճախակի չորանում է, պատրաստեք սոդայից, ջրից և օճառից խառնուրդ և քսեք մաշկի չոր հատվածներում։ Որից հետո լվացեք գոլ ջրով։ Սա հնարավորություն է տալիս խոնավեցնել մաշկը, ինչպես նաև վերացնում է ձեռքերի տհաճ հոտը, եթե դիպչել  եք սպեցիֆիկ հոտ ունեցող մթերքների։

4․Շնչառության թարմացում։

Սոդան կարող է նաև շատ արագ և էֆեկտիվորեն վերացնել բերանի տհաճ հոտը։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը 1թեյի գդալ սոդան լուծել ջրի մեջ և այդ լուծույթով ողողել բերանի խոռոչը մինչև կոկորդ։ Այս ողողման շնորհիվ դիզինֆեկցիա է կատարվում ամբողջ բերանային համակարգում՝ վերացնելով բակտերիաները։ Այս պրոցեդուրան կարելի է իրականացնել ամեն օր։

5․Քրտինքի հոտի վերացում։

Սրա համար անհրաժեշտ է կես բաժակ սոդան  ավելացնել լոգանքի տաք ջրին, որպեսզի վերացնենք թթուները և բակտերիաները, որոնք կարող են առաջացնել քրտինքի տհաճ հոտը։ Այս պրոցեդուրան օգնում է հատկապես յուղոտ մաշկ ունեցող մարդկանց։ Այն կարելի  է կրկնել շաբաթը 1-2 անգամ, որպեսզի մաշկը լինի ավելի հարթ և նուրբ։

6․Մազերի խնամքի միջոց։

Սոդան կարելի է օգտագործել որպես կոնդիցիոներ,որպեսզի պահպանվի մազերի և գլխամաշկի առոջությունը և մաքրությունը։

Բայց պետք է հիշել, որ այն կարելի է օգտագործել ամիսը 1 անգամ, քանի որ սոդան ունի pH–ի բարձր մակարդակ։

7․Քրտինքի կանխարգելում։

Սոդան կարելի օգտագործել որպես հզոր դեզոդորանտ։ Պարզապես պետք է 4 ճաշի գդալ սոդային խառնել մի քանի կաթիլ ձեր սիրելի եթերային յուղից։Առաջացած խառնուրդը կարելի է քսել ձեռքերի տակ, որպեսզի վերանան հոտ առաջացնող բակտերիաները։ Այս բնական դեզոդորանտը ժամերով պահպանում է թարմություն  և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարելի է նորից օգտագործել ։

8․Եղունգների խնամք։

Այս դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է 1 բաժին ջրին ավելացնել 3 բաժին սոդա և առաջացած մածուկը քսել եղունգներին։ Պետք է սպասել 5 րոպե։Այնուհետև լվանալ սառը ջրով, որից հետո եղունգները կլինեն շատ մաքուր։

9․Բնական փափկություն։

Ավելացրեք սոդան դեմքի դիմակի բաղադրության մեջ, որպեսզի մաշկը լինի ավելի մաքուր և առողջ։ Արդյունքում ակնհայտ է լինելու սոդայի երիտասարդացնող ադեցությունը։
