Մեկ ամբողջական բաժակ ջրին ավելացնել 2ճ.գ. դարչին և 2թ.գ. մեղր,խմել ամեն օր:Այս միջոցը սպանում է միզապարկի միկրոօրգանիզմները:

Խոլեստերին

1 բաժակ թեյի մեջ ավելացնել 2ճ.գ. մեղր և 3ճ.գ. դարչին:Մի քանի ժամ հետո խոլեստերինի մակարդակը 10%-ով ցածր կլինի:
