Բժիշկ Մարկը հայտնի ուռուցքաբան էր: Այդ օրը նա շտապում էր մասնակցել մի կոնֆերանսի, որտեղ նրան պիտի պարգևատրեին բժշկության ոլորտում իր արժեքավոր հետազոտությունների համար: Նա շատ հուզված էր, քանի որ եկել էր ժամանակը, որ պիտի արժանավույն կերպով գնահատվեր նրա տարիների աշխատանքը: Նա ժամանակին հասավ օդակայան և ինքնաթիռ նստեց: Ինքնաթիռն օդ բարձրացավ, սակայն 10 րոպե անց վթարային վայրէջք կատարեց մոտակա օդակայանում: Բժիշկը որոշեց ժամանակ չկորցնել և մեքենա վարձեց, որպեսզի շտապ տեղ հասնի: Ճանապարհին ուժեղ անձև սկսվեց և բժիշկը երկու ժամ ճանապարհ գնալուց հետո հասկացավ որ մոլորվել է: Նա շփոթված էր ու սարսափելի հոգնած Նրան մնում էր միայն հանգրվանելու տեղ գտնել, Որոշ ժամանակ անց նա նկատեց մի խարխլված տնակ: Հուսահատված դուրս եկավ մեքենայից և թակեց դուռը: Դուռը բացեց մի երիտասարդ կին: Բժիշկը բացատրեց տեղի ունեցածը և խնդրեց թույլ տալ օգտվել հեռախոսից: Սակայն կինն ասաց, որ տանը հեռախոս չունի, բայց առաջարկեց ներս մտնել: Նրան թեյ հյուրասիրեց և առանձնացավ սենյակի մութ անկյունում, որտեղ մոմ էր վառվում: Բժիշկը նկատեց, որ կինը նոտեցավ մի մանկական մահճակալի և նստեց ու սկսեց աղոթել: Բժիշկը հասկացավ, որ կինն օգնության կարիք ունի և հարցրեց նրան, թե ինչի համար է աղթում: Կինը տխուր ժպտաց և ասաց, որ իր երեխան տառապում է քաղցկեղի հազվագյուտ տեսակով և միայն մեկ բժիշկ կա Մարկ անունով, որ կարող է օգնել իր երեխային, բայց ինքը գումար չունի, որպեսզի երեխային հասցնի այն քաղաքը, որտեղ այդ բժիշկն է ապրում: Կինն ասաց, որ Աստված դեռ չի լսել իր աղոթքը, բայց համոզված է, որ մի օր իր աղոթքը կհասնի Աստծուն և նա կօգնի իրեն:

 

Շփոթված բժիշկը, որ կորցրել էր խոսելու ունակությունը, լաց եղավ: Նա մրմնջաց Աստված մեծ է և հիշեց այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի էր ունեցել այդ օրը. ինքնաթիռի անսարքությունը, հորդառատ անձևը, որի պատճառով նա կորցրել էր ճանապարհը և հայտնվել այդ տնակում: Նա հասկացավ, որ այդ ամենը տեղի էր ունեցել, որովհետև Աստված լսել էր կնոջ աղոթքը:

Միշտ պատրաստ եղեք անել այն, ինչ Աստված պատրաստել է ձեզ համար: Կյանքում պատահականություններ չեն լինում:
