Աչքերի մարզանքը հրաշքներ է գործում, եթե դա կանոնավոր կերպով անեք։

10 վարժություն, որոնցից կարող եք հինգն ընտրել, բայց ամբողջին պետք է օրական մոտ 10 րոպե նվիրեք։

1. Երկու րոպեի ընթացքում հաճախ թարթեք. դա կկարգավորի ներաչքային արյան շրջանառությունը։

2. Աչքերը դեպի աջ թեքեք, հետո հայացքը ուղիղ գծով տեղափոխեք։ Նույնը արեք հակառակ ուղղությամբ։

3. Զգացեք մթությունը։ Համարվում է, որ մթության մեջ լինելը նպաստում է լուսազգայուն բջիջներում ռոդոպսինի արտադրմանը, նյութ, որն անհրաժեշտ է պարզ տեսնելու համար։

4. Գլխով շրջանաձև շարժումներ արեք՝ աջ–ձախ, վերև–ներքև։ Սա ակտիվացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը։

5. Հայացքը դեպի տարբեր կողմեր ուղղեք՝ աջ–ձախ, վերև–ներքև, շրջանաձև, ութաձև։

6. 3-5 րոպե փակեք աչքերը, հետո բացեք։ Կրկնեք յոթ անգամ։ Վարժությունն ակտիվացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը և հանգստացնում է աչքի մկանները։

7. Վերևի կոպերի վրա մատներով սեղմեք, սակայն առանց հատուկ ջանքերի, այդպես մոտ երկու վայրկյան պահեք։ Կատարեք 4-5 անգամ։ Վարժությունը նպաաստում է ներաչքային հեղուկի հոսքին։

8. Կանգնեք պատուհանի մոտ, կենտրոնացեք մոտիկ դրված առարկայի վրա (օրինակ՝ պատուհանի ապակու վրայի կետիկի), հետո հայացքը տեղափոխեք ավելի հեռու գտնվող առարկային (տուն, ծառ)։ Կրկնեք 10 անգամ։

9. Փակեք աչքերը և աչքի խնձորակները վեր ու վար արեք։ Կրկնեք 5-10 անգամ։

10. Բաց աչքերով օդում սկզբում պարզ երկրաչափական պատկերներ նկարեք, իսկ հետո բարդ օբյեկտներ և մասշտաբային կոմպոզիցիաներ։
