Հունական խոհանոց

Հունական խոհանոցի ավանդական բաղադրիչները՝ թարմ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն, ձիթապտղի յուղ եւ Օմեգա-3 վիտամինով հագեցած ծովամթերքները, մեծ  ներդրում ունեն իմունայն համակարգում, շաքարախտի, քաղցկեղածին եւ սրտային  հիվանդությունների դեմ պայքարում։

Հույները, որպես կանոն, սեղանին մատուցում են չափսով փոքրիկ ուտեստներ, որոնք կիսվում են հյուրերի միջեւ։ Այսպես, չափից շատ ուտելու վտանգը նվազում է։

Սակայն հունական ուտեստներ պատրաստելիս վերահսկեք յուղի քանակությունը։

Ճապոնական խոհանոց

Ճապոնական խոհանոցի ուտեստները հայտնի են ոչ միայն հակաօքսիդանտների բարձր պարունակությամբ բաղադրիչներով, այլեւ գոլորշու վրա պատրաստվելու ավանդական միջոցով։

Ճապոնացիների մեծամասնությունն հետեւում է Կոնֆուցիոսի «Hara Hachi Bu» խորհրդին, ինչը նշանակում է «Կերեք, քանի դեռ չեք կշտացել 80 տոկոսով», ինչը դիետոլոգիայի հիմնաքարերից է։

Ավանդական ճապոնական խոհանոցը ներառում է կանաչ թեյ, կալցիումով հագեցած չինական կաղամբ, յոդով հարուստ ծովային ջրիմուռներ, ծովամթերք եւ այլ առողջարար մթերքներ։ 

Սակայն ուշադիր պետք է լինել, քանի որ սպիտակ բրինձը կարող է արյան մեջ բարձրացնել շաքարի մակարդակը։

Հնդկական խոհանոց

«Հնդկական խոհանոց» կապակցությունը համադրվում է համեմունքների հսկայական տեսականու հետ. կոճապղպեղ, կծու պղպեղ եւ այլն։ Հնդկաստանին բնորոշ շատ համեմունքներ կարող են պաշտպանել քաղցկեղից ու Ալցհեյմերի հիվանդությունից։

Ավանդական կարրիի հիմնական բաղադրիչը քրքումն է, որն ունի հակաբորբոքային հատկություններ։ Օգտակար են նաեւ հնդկական խոհանոցի յոգուրտն ու ոսպը։

Հնարավորինս խուսափեք տապակած սննդից ու բազմաբաղադրիչ կարրիից, որտեղ շատ են ճարպերը։

Իտալական խոհանոց

Իտալական խոհանոցն արժեքավոր են դարձնում դրա բաղադրիչ տարրերը՝ լոլիկ, ձիթապտղի յուղ, սխտոր, սուսամբար, ռեհան, մաղադանոս։ 

Լոլիկը հարուստ է լիկոպեններով, որոնք կարող են կանխարգալել քաղցկեղածին հիվանդությունները։ Սխտորն աչքի է ընկնում A եւ C վիտամինների պարունակությամբ, իսկ ձիթապտղի յուղը նվազեցնում է խոլեստերինը, այրում ճարպերը, նվազեցնում սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման վտանգը:

Ուշադրություն դարձրեք այն հանգամանքին, որ իտալական խոհանոցը չի չարաշահում հալած պանիրները: Աշխատեք պանրի կրկնակի չափաբաժին չավելացնել պիցցային կամ լազանյային:
