Քամել ստացվածը,լցնել մուգ ապակիով տարաների մեջ:
Թուրմը(1թ.գ.) լուծել կես բաժակ ջրում և խմել միանգամից:
Թուրմը յոդի թունդ հոտ ունի,պետք է դիմանալ:Եթե չեք դիմանում,ապա պետք է ավելացնել թեյի սունկ:Բուժման կուրսը 1 ամիս է,որից հետո պետք է տալ 10 օր դադար:Կրկնել կուրսը 3-6 անգամ:
