- 3 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր

Պատրաստման եղանակ
- Լվանալ բանանը,կեղևազրկել:
- Ճզմել այն,մինչև առաջանա համասեռ զանգված:
- Վրան ավելացնել եռացրած ջուր,լավ խառնել,ծածկել և թողնել 20 րոպե:
- Ացվելացնել մեղր:
Խմել օրական 4 անգամ 1 բաժակով,խմելուց առաջ մի փոքր տաքացնել:
