47-ամյա տղամարդն ինքնասպանություն է գործել որսի ընթացքում. ՔԿ
SOCIETYՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ 47-ամյա տղամարդու մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2019 թվականի մարտի 31-ին՝ ժամը 19:55-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում 43-ամյա տղամարդուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իր ընկերը հրացանով ինքնասպան է եղել:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգ համայնքի վարչական տարածքում հայտնաբերվել է արական սեռի տղամարդու դիակ՝ գլուխը հրազենային վնասվածքով ջնջխված վիճակում, ինչպես նաև հայտնաբերվել է որսորդական երկփողանի հրացան՝ երկու փամփուշտով՝ ձախակողմյան փողի փամփուշտը՝ կրակված, իսկ աջակողմյան փամփուշտը՝ չկրակված վիճակում:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2019 թվականի մարտի 31-ին Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է մահացած տղամարդու ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1972 թվականին:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 47-ամյա տղամարդն ինքնասպանություն է գործել, երբ իր ընկերոջ՝ 1975 թվականին ծնված, նույն մարզի բնակչի հետ որսի է գնացել:
Կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել վկաներ, առգրավումներ, վերցվել արգասիքներ, մի շարք փորձանմուշներ: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակաություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբաժշկական և դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
