Մաքրում ենք հավը հակաբիոտիկներից.

Հավը եփելուց անմիջապես հետո թափեք արգանակը: Եթե հավը կերակրվել է միայն համակցված կերով, ապա այդ արգանակից ոչ մի օգուտ չի լինի: Լավագույն դեպքում այն ուղղակի չի վնասի ձեզ:

Պետք է ամբողջությամբ չպատրաստել հավը, հանել ներքին օրգանները; Տոքսիկ նյութերը մեծ մասամբ կուտակվում են լյարդում ու երիկամներում: Լավ կլինի հեռացնել մաշկը, քուչը: Լավ մաքրելուց հետո նոր պատրաստեք միսը:

Հավը դրեք հատուկ լուծույթի մեջ` մեկ լիտր ջրին ավելացրեք երկու գդալ սոդա և քառորդ կիտրոնի հյութ: Հավը երկու ժամ թողեք այդ լուծույթի մեջ, հետո այն դատարկեք ու նոր լուծույթ պատրաստեք, ևս երկու ժամ թողեք:
Ի դեպ, այս պրոցեդուրայի համար կարելի է վերցնել նաև հանքային ջուր, որը նույնպես լավ կմաքրի տոքսիններից և կփափկեցնի միսը: Շատ հարմար է օգտագործել հենց պատրաստումից առաջ:
