SOCIETYԱշխատանքային այցով Արցախի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ այցելել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ գյուղ, որտեղ հայկական երկու պետությունների նախագահները ծաղիկներ են դրել հակառակորդի կողմից 2016թ. սանձազերծված ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ հայրենիքի սահմանների պաշտպանության ընթացքում անձնվիրաբար զոհված հերոսների և արցախյան ազատամարտում իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած հայորդիների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթողին և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել:
Այնուհետև Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի նախագահները հանդիպել են 2016թ. ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների մասնակից զինծառայողների և ազատամարտիկների հետ։
Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը ողջունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի ցանկությունն ու որոշումը՝ այցելել Թալիշ:
Արցախի նախագահը Հայաստանի նախագահին պատմել է Թալիշի վերականգնման ծրագրի մասին՝ նշելով, որ իրականացվում են մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ։
Իր երախտագիտության խոսքն ուղղելով ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների մասնակիցներին՝ հայրենիքի հանդեպ իրենց պարտքը նվիրվածությամբ, արժանապատվորեն և բարեխղճորեն կատարելու համար՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանը նշել է. «Եկել եմ գլուխ խոնարհելու ձեր առաջ և ասելու, որ հպարտ եմ ձեզնով, հպարտ եմ, որ իմ առջև նստած են հայ հաղթանակած բանակի զինվորները»։ Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նրանց՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է. «Այսօր ես ոչ միայն ասելիք ունեմ, այլև՝ լսելիք։ Եկել եմ այստեղ՝ տեսնելու, զգալու ու նաև լսելու ձեզ։ Ինձ համար շատ կարեւոր է զինվորի, սպայի խոսքը, ովքեր առաջնագծում են եղել»։
Ջերմ մթնոլորտում անմիջական ու անկեղծ զրույց է ծավալվել, որի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել թե ապրիլյան գործողություններին, թե դրան հաջորդած իրադարձություններին ու կատարված աշխատանքներին: Հայրենիքն իրենց կյանքի ու առողջության զոհաբերումով, խիզախությամբ ու քաջությամբ պաշտպանած տղաների սխրանքն Արմեն Սարգսյանը հայրենասիրության վառ օրինակ է համարել այսօրվա ու վաղվա սերունդների համար:
Հայաստանի նախագահը տղաների քաջության հետ մեկտեղ կարևորել է նրանց փորձառությունը՝ նշելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտում, այդ թվում նաև՝ ռազմական, ամեն օր սովորելու բան կա։ «Ապրիլյան պատերազմն, իհարկե, մեծ փորձառություն էր։ Ձեզնից՝ զինվորներից ու սպաներից լավ ոչ մեկը չի կարող գնահատական տալ»,-ասել է նախագահը, հիշելով, որ այդ օրերին տարբեր երկրների հայկական շրջանակներում կար զարթոնքի նման մի երևույթ, երբ մարդիկ, հիմնականում երիտասարդներ, ուզում էին հայրենիք գալ, մասնակցել նրա սահմանների պաշտպանությանը, իսկ մյուսները մտածում էին, թե ինչպես օգնել Հայաստանին ու Արցախին։
«Պատերազմը հաղթում են ոչ միայն զենքով, այլև ոգով։ Եթե այդ ոգին ուժեղ է, դրա դեմ ոչինչ անել չես կարող»,-ասել է Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
Նա նաև հպարտությամբ նշել է, որ Թալիշում մեր համահայկական ներկայությունն է զգում։ «Այստեղ կան Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության, «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի, բազմաթիվ անհատ բարերարների նվիրատվությամբ կառուցված շենքեր։Թալիշը միայն թալիշցիներինը չէ, Թալիշը բոլորինս է, ողջ հայ ժողովրդինը»,- ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը։
Խրախուսական նվերներ հանձնելով ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների մասնակից զինծառայողներին և ազատամարտիկներին՝ Հայաստանի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նրանց փայլուն ծառայության, հայրենասիրության ու նվիրումի համար:
