ՀՀ Աժ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ  Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին.

«Պարոն դատախազ, ձեզ հրապարակային դիմելու անհրաժեշտություն չէր լինի, եթե հարցը չվերաբերվեր մեկ տարեկան երեխայի ճակատագրին։ Օրեր առաջ կաշառք վերցնելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Գյումրութիվ 27 դպրոցի տնօրեն Կարինե Լալազարյանը, որի հանդեպ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը։Հարգելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը, ես հիմա չեմ ցանկանում քննարկել՝ մեղավո՞ր է արդյոք դպրոցի տնօրենը, թե՞ ոչ։ Դա բացառապես իրավապահ համակարգի խնդիրն է, եւ ես վստահ եմ, որ գործը կքննվի անաչառ։

Իմ խնդրանքը ձեզ, որպես հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազի, այլ է. Տասնյակ տարի Կարինե Լալազարյանը երեխա չէր կարողանում ունենալ եւ ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ նա մայր է դարձել եւ նրա մեկամյա որդին այս պահին սնվում է մայրական կաթով։ Մինչդեռ, մայրը գտնվում է Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում եւ բոլոր տեսակցություններն ու անգամ հեռախոսազանգերը արգելված են։ Մեկամյա երեխան սթրեսային վիճակի մեջ է, եւ ես վախենում եմ երեխայի առողջության համար։

Պարոն դատախազ, ես կարծում եմ, որ փոխելով Կարինե Լալազարյանի խափանման միջոցը եւ հնարավորություն տալով նրան լինել իր երխայի կողքին, դրանով մենք որեւէ կերպ չենք վնասելու գործի արդար քննությանը։ Ես խոսել եմ Կարինեի հարազատների հետ եւ նրանք երաշխավորել են, որ գործի պատշաճ քննության որեւէ խոչընդոտ չի լինելու։

Անենք միասին այդ մարդասիրական քայլը, որպեսզի մայրը լինի իր մեկամայ որդու կողքին եւ նաեւ՝ կատարի օրենքի առաջ իր պարտավորությունները»։
