Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պատվիրակությունը հնգօրյա աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում էր Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունում: Նպատակը՝ Պրահայի տրանսպորտային համակարգն ուսումնասիրելն ու համագործակցության ընդհանուր եզրեր գտնելն էր:

«Այցի ընթացքում հանդիպումներ ունեցանք Պրահայի հանրային տրանսպորտի ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների, մասնավոր օպերատորների հետ, ինչպես նաև այցելեցինք այլ քաղաքներում առկա ավտոբուսային հավաքակայաններ»,- նշել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը:

Այցի արդյունքները օրերս քննարկվել են քաղաքապետարանում:

Չեխիայի մայրաքաղաքում ուղևորափոխադրումն իրականացվում է 3 տեսակի փոխադրամիջոցով: Հիմնականը մետրոն է, որն ապահովում է ուղևորափոխադրման 48%-ը, տրամվայը՝ 28 և ավտոբուսը՝ 24%-ը: Քաղաքային երթուղիների 70%-ը պատկանում է համայնքին, իսկ 30%-ը սպասարկում են մասնավոր  ընկերությունները:

«Կառավարումն իրականացվում է կառավարման կենտրոնից, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս ցանկացած պահի տեսնել, ո՛ր ավտոմեքենան որտեղ է գտնվում, քանի րոպե է ուշացել, ինչ խնդիրներ ունեն: Տեսախցիկներ կային տեղադրված ինչպես ավտոբուսների դրսի հատվածում, այնպես էլ՝ սրահում, որը հավելյալ հնարավորություն էր տալիս ճիշտ կազմակերպել ուղևորափոխադրումը»,- ասել է Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը:

Տրանսպորտային համակարգը Պրահայում աշխատում է համաձայն չվացուցակի և օրական սպասարկում է 3,3 մլն ուղևորի, գործում է միասնական տոմսային համակարգ:

«Կար երկու մոտեցում՝ կանխավճարային և հետվճարային: Տոմսերը վաճառում էին րոպեներով, կարող էին տոմս ձեռք բերել նաև ամսական կտրվածքով: Տարբեր սոցիալական խմբերի համար տարբեր արժեքներ էին: Համեմատական կարգով կարող եմ ասել, որ Երևանում տրանսպորտի համար վճարվող տոմսի սակագինը և Պրահայինը էականորեն տարբերվում են»,- ասել է նա:     

 

Ամփոփելով այցի արդյունքները՝ քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը նշել է, որ տրանսպորտային համակարգում առկա խնդիրների լուծման մոտեցումները համանման են:

«Այն պատկերացումները, որ մենք ունեինք WYG խորհրդատվական ընկերության հաշվետվության համաձայն, այս այցը մեզ հնարավորություն տվեց փաստացի տեսնել թե ինչպես է իրականացվում այդ գործընթացը: Դա բավականին վստահություն ներշնչեց, որ մենք շարժվում ենք ճիշտ ուղղությամբ, որը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա մոտակա ժամանակում ունենալու տրանսպորտային լավ համակարգ»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը:

Տրանսպորտային համակարգի արմատական բարեփոխման ծրագրով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը շարունակում է հանդիպում-քննարկումները ոլորտում հայտնի կազմակերպությունների հետ: Ավտոբուսների արտադրության ոլորտում հայտնի ընկերություններն իրենց առաջարկներն են ներկայացնում քաղաքային իշխանությանը՝ մայրաքաղաքի տրանսպորտային համակարգի բարեփոխման ծրագրին մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ: Քաղաքը բաց է՝ քննարկելու գործարար համագործակցությանը վերաբերող ցանկացած առաջարկ, որը միտված կլինի տրանսպորտի ոլորտի բարեփոխմանն ու կանոնակարգմանը:
