POLITICSՀայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հանդիպումը դրական էր: Այն ուներ ճանաչողական, մոտեցումներին ծանոթանալու բնույթ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային ժողովի «Հայրենիք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գրիգորի Կասպարյանը:
«Շատ լավ է, որ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը հանդիպել են, որովհետև գործընթացը կանգ էր առել, այն վերսկսվեց»,- ասաց Կասպարյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ դիրքորոշմանը, որ Արցախը պետք է մասնակցի բանակցություններին, պատգամավորն ասաց, որ հարցը դրված է, բայց Ադրբեջանը դրան չի համաձայնի:
«Ամեն դեպքում, օրերից մի օր Արցախը դառնալու է բանակցությունների մաս: Առանց դրա չի լինի: Ղարաբաղի հարցը կլուծվի Ղարաբաղի մասնակցության պարագայում: Կարծում եմ, որ պարոն Փաշինյանը Վիեննա մեկնելիս գիտեր, որ Բաքուն այս փուլում դրան չի համաձայնի, բայց ամեն դեպքում հարցը պետք է բարձրացվեր»,- նշեց Գրիգորի Կասպարյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանը համակերպվելու է Ղարաբաղի մասնակցությանը: Հարցին՝ հայկական կողմն ունի՞ Ադրբեջանին համոզելու լուրջ փաստարկներ, Կասպարյանն ասաց, որ փաստարկներ կան, բայց դրանից բացի պետք է լինել նաև հետևողական, շարունակել պնդել օրակարգը արդյունքի հասնելու համար:
Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ հայտարարությանը, որտեղ խոսվում է հումանիտար ծրագրեր իրականացնելու մասին` Գ. Կասպարյանն ասաց, որ խոսքը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, գերիների փոխանակման մասին է, կամ ինչպես վարչապետն ասաց՝ գերիների հարազատների փոխադարձ այցելությունների:
«Նման դեպք եղել է: Եթե հիշում եք՝ հայկական կողմը թույլ էր տվել, որ ադրբեջանցիները գան, այցելեն իրենց բարեկամների գերեզմաններին: Այնպես որ, կարծում եմ, որ սա հնարավոր է, ու սա կլինի մեծ նվաճում թե՛ մեզ համար, թե՛ իրենց համար»,- ասաց նա:
