Առողջապահության փոխնախարար Արսեն Դավթյանին 2 ամսով կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացվել. ԱԱԾ
SOCIETYԴատարանն այսօր որոշում է կայացրել երկու ամսով կալանավորել օրեր առաջ ձերբակալված առողջապահության փոխնախարար Արսեն Դավթյանին: Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնել է ԱԱԾ խոսնակ Սամսոն Գալստյանը։
Արսեն Դավթյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և համալիր քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ բժշկական հաստատության տնօրենը նպատակ է ունեցել ապահովել առողջապահության նախարարության կողմից բուժհաստատություններին տրամադրվող ֆինանսավորման աշխատանքները համակարգող փոխնախարարի հովանավորչությունը և նրա հետ ձևավորել իր համար բարենպաստ աշխատանքային պայմաններ:
Վերաբաշխման արդյունքում պետպատվերի շրջանակներում տարբեր ծրագրերով հատկացվելիք գումարներով կազմակերպության ֆինանսավորման պակասը լրացնելու համար 2019 թվականի մարտի 30-ին առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալին վերջինիս աշխատասենյակում որպես կաշառք անձամբ տվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումար, որի փոխանցումն իրականացվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ վերահսկողության ներքո:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Նույն օրը բերման ենթարկված փոխնախարարը ձերբակալվել է՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով, իսկ կաշառք տալու մեջ կասկածվող անձի նկատմամբ, հաշվի առնելով վերջինիս տարիքը և առողջական վիճակը, որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ հիշյալ բնագավառում հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն այլ դրսևորումները և դրանց առնչակից բոլոր անձանց բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 30-ին տեղեկություն էր տարածվել այն մասին, որ ԱԱԾ-ն ձերբակալել է առողջապահության փոխնախարար Արսեն Դավթյանին, ապա բերման էր ենթարկել Հայաստանի գլխավոր մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանին։
