LIFEՇատ օգտակար ինֆորմացիա է, հատկապես հիմա, երբ երեխաները հաճախ են հիվանդանում: Չէ որ շատ կարևոր է օգնել երեխային՝ չվնասելով նրան:
1. Ինչպես և երբ իջեցնել երեխայի ջերմությունը
Իջեցնում ենք, եթե 38-ից բարձր է, հարկավոր է իջեցնել մինչև 37.5 С թևատակի հատվածում: Ջերմությունն իջեցնելու համար օգտագործեք պարացետամոլ, իբուպրոֆեն: Երբեք մի օգտագործեք ասպիրին:
Երեխայի հագուստը հանեք հագից, ոչ մի դեպքում չբարուրեք: Չմոռանաք սենյակում մաքուր օդի մասին: Նաև կարելի է շփումների համար օգտագործել կիսասառը ջուր, որի ջերմաստիճանը համապատասխան է մարմնի նորմալ ջերմաստիճանին: Մի օգտագործեք սպիրտային շփումներ: Հիշեք, ալկոհոլը՝ թույն է:
2. Ինչու պարացետամոլն ու իբուպրոֆենը միշտ չէ, որ օգնում են
Բանն այն է, որ մանկաբուժության պրակտիկայում ամբողջ դեղորայքը հաշվարկվում է կոնկրետ երեխայի քաշին համապատասխան: Հատուկ չափիչ շպրիցների օգնությամբ հաշվարկեք դեղի դոզան:
3. Ինչպես ճիշտ ընդունել ջերմիջեցնողները
Պարացետամոլ, մեկ անգամյա դոզան՝ 15մգ/կգ: Այսինքն 10կգ քաշով երեխայի համար մեկ անգամյա դոզան կլինի 10Х15=150մգ: Այդպիսի դոզա օրական կարելի է տալ մինչև 4 անգամ, եթե կա դրա կարիքը:
Իբուպրոֆեն, մեկ անգամյա դոզան՝ 10 մգ/կգ: Այսինքն 8 կգ կշռող երեխային հարկավոր է 80մգ, իսկ 20կգ՝ 200 մգ: Օրական կարելի է տալ 3 անգամից ոչ ավել:
Դեղորայքը իջեցնում է ջերմությունը մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում՝ մոտ 1-1.5 աստիճանով, ուստի անիմաստ է սպասել, որ ջերմությունը կիջնի մինչև 36.6:
4. Որ դեղորայքը չի կարելի տալ երեխային
Անալգին՝ արդարացված չէ բարձր տոքսիկության պատճառով: Ասպիրին՝ կարող է վնասել լյարդին:
Նիմեսուլիդ՝ մի քանի տարի առաջ լայն ճանաչում էր ձեռք բերել՝ օրենսդրության մեջ բաց թողումների պատճառով: Քաղաքակիրթ երկրներում այն արգելված է, քանի որ կարող է ծանր վնաս հասցնել լյարդին:
5. Չի կարելի
Սառը առարկաներ դնել երեխայի մարմնին՝ մաշկի անոթների սպազմ կառաջանա: Չի կարելի շփումներ անել սպիրտով կամ քացախով, քանի որ մաշկի միջոցով ներթափանցում են օրգանիզմ, և կարող է տեղի ունենալ թունավորում:
6. Դեղորայքի որ ձևն ընտրել
Դեղորայքի ձևն ընտրելիս (օշարակ, դեղահաբ, մոմիկ) հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել, որ լուծույթը կամ օշարակը սկսում է ազդել 20-30 րոպե անց, իսկ մոմիկները՝ 30-45 րոպե անց, բայց դրանց ազդեցությունն ավելի երկար է տևում: Մոմիկը հարմար է օգտագործել այն ժամանակ, երբ երեխան սրտխառնոց ունի կամ հրաժարվում է խմել դեղը:
