Հայաստանում ազատազրկման ցուցանիշը մոտ 9%-ով նվազել է. Եվրախորհրդի զեկույց
POLITICSՀայաստանում 2018թ.-ին ազատազրկման ցուցանիշը նվազել է 8.7%-ով, այս մասին ասված է Եվրախորհրդի՝ քրեական վիճակագրության վերաբերյալ զեկույցում;
Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ անցած տարի Եվրոպայում ազատազրկման միջին տևողությունը կրճատվել է՝ 8.8 ամսից դառնալով 8.2 ամիս, մինչդեռ դատավարությանը նախորդող կալաքի միջին ժամկետն աճել է 5%-ով:
Զեկույցի համաձայն՝ Հայաստանը ազատազրկման ցուցանիշի անկման առումով ուսումնասիրված երկրների շարքում 6-րդն է, ընդ որում՝ ցուցանիշն ամենից շատը նվազել է Ռումինիայում (-16%), Բուլղարիայում (-15%) և Նորգեվիայում (-11.6%):
Զեկույցում միաժամանակ նշվում է, որ ազատազրկման ցուցանիշն ամենից շատ աճել է Իսլանդիայում՝ +25,45%, որին հետևում են Իտալիան (+7.5%), Նիդեռլանդները (+5.9%), Դանիան (+5.8%) և Մոնտենեգրոն (+5.5%)
Զեկույցի համաձայն՝ առանձնապես բարձր ազատազրկման ցուցանիշ ունեցող երկրներն են Ռուսաստանը, որտեղ 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով 418.3 բանտարկյալ կա: Ռուսաստանին հետևում են Վրաստանը և Ադրբեջանը՝ 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով համապատասխանաբար 252.5 և 235 բանտարկյալով:
