- Առավոտյան քամել թուրմը և փոքր ինչ տաքացնել:
Թուրմը պատրաստ է,կարելի է օգտագործել:
30 րոպե անց կարելի է նախաճաշել:Որպեսզի այս գործընթացը ավելի արագ տեղի ունենա,պետք է սննդակարգի մեջ ներառել այնպիսի մթերքներ,որոնք նպաստում են լյարդի մաքրմանը:
