Ահա գաղտնիքը, որի շնորհիվ դուք կարող եք ամբողջ օրը կրել բարձրակրունկ կոշիկներ՝ առանց որևէ ցավի
LIFEԵս երբեք չեմ սիրել ամենօրյա կոշիկները, դրա համար էլ միշտ ուզեցել եմ հագնել բարձրակրունկներ, սակայն առանց ցավերի։
Անկեղծ ասած ինձ երբեք չի ուրախացրել այն միտքը, որ ես պետք է սպորտային կոշիկներ հագնեմ, այդ պատճառով էլ իմ կոշիկների պահարանում տարեց-տարի հարթ կոշիկները պակասեցին և մնացին միայն բարձրակրունկները։
Սակայն ճիշտ է ասված, որ գեղեցկությունը զոհեր է պահանջում։ Անկախ իմ տածած սերը դեպի բարձրակրունկները ես այդպես էլ չէի կարողանում սովորել դրանց բացասական արդյունքներին, որոնք ունեին կոշտուկների և շատ ուժեղ ցավերի տեսք։
Ես այդպես էլ չէի կարողանում գտնել մի հարմար մեթոդ, որը կօգնի խուսափել այդ ամենից։
Սակայն մի օր ես իմացա մի շատ էժանագին, պարզ և հեշտ միջոցի մասին, որը օգնում է խուսափել նշված կրունկի ցավերից։
Այն հնարել է Մարի Հելվինը՝ 1970-ականների թոփ մոդել և բրիտանացի ֆոտոնկարիչ Դեյվիդ Բեյլիի նախկին կինը, ով երկար անքուն գիշերներ է ունեցել մտածելու համար այս հրաշալի միջոցը։
Հելվինը պատմել է իր գաղտնիքի մասին մի քանի տարի առաջ և մինչև այսօր ես այդ մեթոդից օգտվում եմ։ Այսպիսով, ի՞նչն է այդ մեթոդի գաղտնիքը։
Հարկավոր է կապել 3-րդ և 4-րդ ոտքի մատները (եթե հաշվում ենք մեծ մատից)։
Իհարկե այս ամենը շատ անհնարին է թվում, սակայն ձեզ հավատացնում եմ այս ամենը իսկապես օգնում է խուսափել բարձրակրունկների առաջցրած կոշտուկները և ցավերը։
Իր հարզարույցներից մեկում, որը Հելվինը տվել էր «The Daily Mail» թերթին 2014 թվականին, նա տալիս է հավանական բացատրությունը հետևյալ կերպ՝ երբ դուք կապում եք այդ մատները, ապա մկանները կարողանում են վերացնել կրունկի հատվածի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։
Ճիշտ է արդյոք այս բացատրությունը, թե ոչ այս դեպքում այդքան էլ կարևոր չէ։
4-րդ օրը հագնելով 12-սանտիմետրանոց բարձրակրունկներ և կապելով այդ մատերը՝ ես ապշել էի արդյունքից։
