- ‘պատրաստվում է այն շատ արագ ու պարզ.անհրաժեշտ է վերցնել մի փոքր մեղր:
- այնուհետև ալյուրը մեղրի հետ շաղախել խմոր,որ լինի ձգվող,կարելի է ավելացնել նաև բուսական յուղը.
- հետո պատրաստված խմորը դնում ենք անձեռոցիկի վրա.
- տեղավորում ենք կրցքավանդակի վրա ու ամրացնում կպչուն ժապավենով,այն պետք է սրտի շրջանում չլինի.
- ավելի լավ է այն անել, երբ երեխան քնած է.
