Խառնեք 1/4 բաժակ խնձորի քացախը 1 բաժակ գոլ ջրի հետ: Ողողեք կոկորդը, և բոլոր միկրոբները կոչնչանան:

1 թ/գ քացախը՝ մի փոքր ջրով բացած, կօգնի ազատվել այ տհաճ խնրից:

Եթե հարբուխ է սկսվում և զգում ես քթի փակվածություն, ապա խմիր 1 բաժակ ջուր՝ 1 թ/գ քացախով:

Խառնեք 1/4 բաժակ քացախը 1/4 բաժակ ջրի հետ և դրանով ցայեք մազերը լվալուց հետո: Իսկ եթե քացախը 15 րոպե թողնեք մազերին, ապա թեփն անհետ կկորչի:

Ամեն երեկո ոտքերը քացախով վաննա դնելուց հետո դուք կմոռանաք ոտքերի հոտի և քրտնարտադրության մասին:
