Ինչպես էր Թեւոսիկը «թռել»՝ ընկերոջը թողնելով ճաղերի հետեւում. ուշագրավ մանրամասներ

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ»-ը նոյեմբերի 12-ին գրել էր, որ քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի Թեւոս Սաֆարյանի՝ Թեւոսիկի հետ ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկված, իսկ ավելի ուշ կալանավորված Կարեն Բագրատունյանը՝ Սամբիստ Կարենը, դատապարտվեց 1 տարվա ազատազրկման: Եվ այսպես, «Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ Սամբիստ Կարենը քրեական հեղինակություն Թեւոսիկի հետ միասին հայտնվում է իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում:
Պարզվում է, որ նա առաջին անգամ չէ, որ «ճաշակում է» անազատությունը: Այն, որ հունիսի 19-ին Կարեն Բագրատունյանը՝ նույն Սամբիստ Կարենը, պատահական չէր հայտնվել քրեական հեղինակություն Թեւոսիկի հետ նույն մեքենայի մեջ, անհերքելի է: Պարզվում է՝ վերջիններս վաղուցվա ծանոթներ են եւ տարիներ առաջ իրար հետ հանցավոր գործարքի են գնացել:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը պարզեց, որ դեռեւս 2008 թվականին Թեւոս Սաֆարյանը եւ Կարեն Բագրատունյանը մարդու առեւանգման գործով հայտնվել են իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Տեղեկացանք, որ Սամբիստ Կարենը Թեւոս Սաֆարյանի՝ Թեւոսիկի հրահանգով մայրաքաղաքում հայտնի սուպերմարկերտներից մեկից պետք է առեւանգվեր Ռուբեն Ղազարյանին եւ տեղափոխեր Էրեբունի թանգարանի հարակից տարածքում գտնվող սրճարան: Խնդիրը կապված է եղել խանութի գանձապահներ ոմն Արմինե Սուքիասյանին եւ Գայանե Սարգսյանին ապօրինի ազատությունից զրկելու եւ նրանց կողմից խանութից հափշտակված գումարների վերադարձման հետ կապված հարցերը պարզաբանելու հետ:
Սամբիստ Կարենը իրականացնելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը` 2008թ. ապրիլի 22-ին` ժամը 16.30-ի սահմաններում, Երեւան քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծ 10 հասցեում գործող խանութի բակից ատրճանակի բռնակով հարվածելով՝ առեւանգել է Ռուբեն Ղազարյանին եւ նստեցնելով «Համմեր» մակնիշի սեւ գույնի 99 UL 555 պետհամարանիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ տեղափոխել է Էրեբունի թանգարանի հարակից տարածքում գտնվող բացօթյա սրճարան, որտեղ իրեն է սպասել Թեւոսիկը: Նշված վայրում Կարեն Բագրատունյանը, Թեւոս Սաֆարյանը եւ քննությամբ չպարզված այլ անձինք Ռուբեն Ղազարյանին ծեծել են: Բայց այսքանով ամեն ինչ չի ավարտվել:
Վերջիններս Ռուբեն Ղազարյանին մինչեւ ժամը 22.00-ի սահմանները պահել են նշված սրճարանի զուգարանում, ապա Կարեն Բագրատունյանի հանձնարարությամբ քննությամբ չպարզված անձինք «Նիվա» մակնիշի անհայտ պետհամարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Ռուբեն Ղազարյանին տեղափոխել են Երեւան քաղաքի Ջրվեժ թաղամաս եւ հաջորդ օրը միայն նոր բաց թողել:
Նկատենք, որ այս պատմությունից հետո Թեւոս Սաֆարյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, իսկ Սամբիստ Կարենը դատապարտվել էր 4 տարվա ազատարզրկման: Այսինքն` քրեական հեղինակությունը «թռել» էր, իսկ ընկերը` հայտնվել ճաղերի հետեւում: Դատելով անցյալ իրավիճակից՝ հերթական անգամ քրեական հեղինակությունը դարձյալ իր վաղեմի հանցակցին «կրակն է քցել ու թռել»: Մինչ Սամբիստ Կարենը ապօրինի զենքի համար այս օրերին իր պատիժն է կրում, Թեւոս Սաֆարյանը հանրապետությունում չէ: Ու թերեւս պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար գտնվում է Մոսկվա քաղաքում»:
