SOCIETYԱրցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին փոխնախարար, գեներալ–մայոր Սամվել Կարապետյանը NEWS.am–ին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է Արցախի հարցին, Փաշինյան–Ալիեւ հանդիպմանն ու բանակցությունների հնարավոր զարգացումներին։
Վերջին շրջանում փորձագիտական շրջանակներում ակտիվ շրջանառվում է կարծիքը, որ պատերազմի վերսկսման հավանականությունը մեծ է։ Դուք պատերազմի վերսկսման ռեալ վտանգ տեսնո՞ւմ եք:
Ի՞նչ տպավորություն ստացաք Փաշինյան–Ալիև հանդիպումից, դրան հաջորդած երկու երկրների առաջնորդների հայտարարություններից, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի արձագանքից:
Միայն կասեմ, որ բանակցային շփումները միշտ էլ ավելի նախընտրելի են, քան պատերազմը:
Արցախը բանակցությունների սեղան վերադարձնելու հեռանկար տեսնո՞ւմ եք:
Հակառակ դեպքում ցանկացած երկխոսություն վերջնական արդյունքում կլինի ինքնանպատակ և անհեռանկար:
Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ԱՄՆ իր այցի ընթացքում շրջանառության մեջ դրեց «նոր պատերազմ, նոր տարածքներ» թեզը, ինչին կտրուկ արձագանքեց Ադրբեջանը։ Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, հաստատեց, որ դա գործող իշխանությունների միասնական դիրքորոշումն է։ Ինչո՞ւ, ձեր կարծիքով, կոշտացավ հռետորաբանությունը:
Երևի թե տվյալ հարցի հասցեատերը ես չեմ: Բայց այն, որ մենք միշտ պետք է պատրաստ լինենք ցանկացած զարգացման, միանշանակ է:
Հակամարտությանը ներգրավված կողմերն ու միջնորդները սկսել են խոսել ժողովուրդներին խաղաղության նախապատրաստելու մասին։ Որքանո՞վ եք սա հնարավոր համարում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Ալիևն ադրբեջանցիներին տասնամյակներով նախապտտրաստել է պատերազմի, և արդյոք այս փուլում, երբ պատերազմի վտանգը չի անցել, նպատակահարմար է հայ ժողովրդին պատրաստել խաղաղության:
Մեր ժողովուրդը խաղաղությանը վաղուց է պատրաստ՝ սկսած 1988-ից: Բայց դա ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մենք չենք ընդունելու մեզ նետված մարտահրավերը, ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես 1991-ից 94-ին էր, կամ 2016թ. ապրիլին:
