«Վայ, վախեցա». 17–ամյա Տիգրանին ու Ռոբերտին դանակահարել է «վիրավորված» աղջկա եղբայրը

Վանաձորի Գեւորգ Չաուշի անվան թիվ 24 միջնակարգ դպրոցի բակում 2014թ. դեկտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքը, որն ավարտվել է 2 անչափահասների դանակահարությամբ, սկսվել է «պրիմիտիվ» պատճառով:
Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց դանակահարությունից ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացած Տիգրան Գեւորգյանի մայրը` Արմինե Ղաբուզյանը: Նրա խոսքով, այդ օրը իր որդու համադասարանցին` Մաքսիմ Մոսինյանը, վազել է դպրոցի միջանցքով եւ պատահական դեմ առ դեմ դուրս եկել իր որդուն դանակահարողի` Նարեկ Ադամյանի քրոջը` Անահիտ Ադամյանի հետ:
Մաքսիմը այդ հանդիպումից անակնկալի գալով, կատակով ասել է`«Վայ, վախեցա», որին Անահիտ Ադամյանը պատասխանել է «Ինչի՞, էդքան վախենալու եմ, որ վախեցար» եւ զանգել է եղբորն ու ասել, որ Մաքսիմն իրեն նեղացրել է: Արմինե Ղաբուզյանի խոսքով, Նարեկ Ադամյանն իր ընկերների հետ գնացել է դպրոց եւ բակում սկսել է ծեծել առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող Մաքսիմին, համադասարանցի 4 ընկերներն այդ տեսարանը տեսնելով` օգնության են հասել նրան, որից հետո Նարեկ Ադամյանն ու նրա 9 ընկերները սկսել են դաժանորեն ծեծել տղաներին` դանակահարելով 12-րդ դասարանի աշակերտ 17-ամյա Տիգրան Գեւորգյանին եւ 17-ամյա Ռոբերտ Պետրոսյանին:
Արմինե Ղաբուզյանը նշեց, որ իր որդին` Տիգրանը, կրծքավանդակի ու թիկունքի շրջանում կտրող-ծակող գործիքով վնասվածք է ստացել, որից հետո էլ գլխի շրջանում ստացած հարվածներից նրա մոտ կուրություն է առաջացել: Հետագայում Տիգրանը Իսրայելում տեսողության վերականգման կուրս է անցել, որից հետո որոշ չափով սկսել է նրա տեսողությունը վերականգնվել:
Վանաձորի բնակիչ 18-ամյա Նարեկ Ադամյանը դեպքից հետո ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն եւ խոստովանել, որ ինքն է դանակով հարվածել Տիգրանին ու Ռոբերտին:
Մայիսից Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում տեղի է ունենում դանակահարության դեպքով դատաքննություն, որի ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են դպրոցի ուսուցիչները, աշակերտները: Դատարանում ցուցմունք տալուց հրաժարվել են ամբաստանյալ Նարեկ Ադամյանի մայրն ու քույրը:
Հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 1-ին, որի ընթացքում կհարցաքննվի ամբաստանյալը:
Նարեկ Ադամյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը կամ առողջությանն այլ ծանր վնաս պատճառելը, որը վտանգավոր է կյանքի համար կամ առաջացրել է տեսողության, խոսքի, լսողության կամ որեւէ օրգանի կամ օրգանի ֆունկցիայի կորուստ, պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով:
