Ականջներում լսվող աղմուկը վկայում է լուրջ հիվանդությունների մասին. Դրանց թվին են դասվում ավիտամինոզը, սակավարյունությունը և այլն
LIFEՄասնագետների պնդմամբ՝ ականջներում լսվող աղմուկը կարող է լինել ինչպես առողջ, այնպես էլ հիվանդ մարդկանց մոտ: Երբ այդ տհաճ զգացումն առաջանում է հանգիստ իրավիճակում, մարդկանց մեծամասնության մոտ ի հայտ է գալիս անհանգստության ու խուճապի զգացում:
Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ ականջներում լսվող աղմուկը պայմանավորված է ներքին ականջում գտնվող մանր անոթներով հոսող արյան հոսքով: Սակայն ներկայում մարդիկ հաճախ են բախվում ականջի տարբեր խնդիրների ու հիվանդությունների: Հաճախ ականջներում լսվող ախտաբանական աղմուկը հանդիպում է այն մարդկանց մոտ, որոնց մոտ կան լսողական նյարդում արյան բաշխման մեխանիզմի խանգարումներ:
Հարկ է նշել, որ սա կարող է լինել լսողական օրգանների հիվանդությունների վաղ փուլերի ախտանշան, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում այս զգացողությունը կարող է առաջանալ նաև սրտի հիվանդությունների դեպքում:
Ականջներում լսվող աղմուկը պայմանավորված է լինում մի քանի գործոնով: Դրանց թվին են դասվում ավիտամինոզը, սակավարյունությունը (անեմիա), լսողական նյարդի բորբոքումները, վարակները, վահանաձև գեղձի հիվանդությունները, սնդիկով ու կապարով թունավորումները, ալկոհոլային կամ թմրանյութային թունավորումները:
Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ ականջում լսվող աղմուկը կարող է նաև լինել բորբոքային մասնիկների ու տարրերի ըմպանից եվստախյան խողովակի լորձաթաղանթ անցնելու հետևանքով: Այս դեպքում սեղմվում է թմբկաթաղանթը, ինչն էլ կարող է հանգեցնել կարճաժամկետ խլության:
Աղմուկի ուժգնությունը կարող է բարձրանալ լսողության որակի վատացմանը զուգահեռ: Տհաճ զգացողություններն ի հայտ են գալիս ուժեղ հոգեբանական գրգռման կամ զարկերակային ճնշման տատանումների ժամանակ: Երկարատև սպորտային ծանրաբեռնվածությունն ու օրգանիզմում հորմոնալ փոփոխությունները նույնպես կարող են դառնալ աղմուկի առաջացման պատճառ: Նման վիճակի բուժումն իրականացվում է տարատեսակ դեղորայքի միջոցով: Դրանք կարող են լինել ինչպես հակաջղաձգումային, այնպես էլ հակահիստամինային դեղամիջոցներ: Բացի այդ, բժիշկները հաճախ օգտագործում են նաև սարքավորումներով բուժում կամ ականջի թմբկաթաղանթի մերսում:
Ականջի հիվանդությունների ախտորոշումն իրականացվում է բուժզննման միջոցով: Հիվանդությունը ժամանակին հայտնաբերելը մեծացնում է հիվանդի ամբողջական ապաքինման հնարավորությունը: Լսողական օրգանների քրոնիկ հիվանդությունները կարող են հանգեցնել ամբողջական խլության:
