EnterTrain-ը ներկայացնում է երեք ըմպելիք՝ հորմոնների կարգավորման համար. կանայք պետք է խմեն ամեն օր։

  1. Կիտրոնով տաք ջուրն օգնում է ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից, դուրս է բերում օրգանիզմից թունավոր նյութերը, բարելավում է իմունային համակարգը, մաշկը և մարսողությունը: Բանն այն է, որ կիտրոնը կարող է ազդել հագեցվածության հորմոնի՝ լեփտինի վրա: Եթե այն նորմալ վիճակում չէ, օրգանիզմում սկսում են ճարպային կուտակումներ առաջանալ:

Բաղադրատոմսը շատ պարզ է. կես կիտրոնից քամեք հյութը և եռացրած ջուր լցրեք վրան, թույլ տվեք, որ այն մի փոքր սառչի և խմեք: Առավոտը լավ կլինի այդ ըմպելիքով սկսել:

2.Թեյ`ազնվամորու տերևներից, որոնք կարգավորում են կանանց վերարտադրողական համակարգը: Ազնվամորու տերևներն ամրապնդում են արգանդը, ինչի շնորհիվ դաշտանը, ծննդաբերությունը և կլիմաքսն վելի դյուրին են ընթանում: Այս թեյը թարմություն է պարգևում և կարող է փոխարինել սուրճին: Ըմպե՛ք այն օրական երեք բաժակ, և հորմոնալ ֆոնի հետ ամեն ինչ կարգին կլինի:

Այս բաղադրատոմսը ևս բարդ չէ. մեկ թեյի գդալ ազնվամորու տերևներին (կարելի է նաև՝ չոր) 200 մ/լ եռացրած ջուր լցրեք և այդպես թողեք 10 րոպե: Քնելուց առաջ մի՛ խմեք: Ավելի լավ է այն ըմպել առավոտյան և օրվա ընթացքում:

  1. Քրքումով կաթն այուրվեդաների ամենահայտնի բաղադրատոմսերից է: Այն նաև «ոսկե կաթ» են անվանում: Այդ ըմպելիքը կարգավորում է բոլոր հորմոնները, ամրապնդում իմունային համակարգը, բարելավում է մարսողությունը, բուժում մրսածությունը:

Բաղադրատոմս. 200 մ/լ տաք կաթ, ½ գդալ քրքում, կարելի է նաև մեղր հավելել՝ ըստ ճաշակի: Այս ըմպելիքն ավելի լավ է խմել գիշերը:
