Ես գտել եմ բուժման եղանակ, որին միշտ դիմում եմ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում. լուծույթ, որն օրգանիզմից լիովին վերացնում է ցավը
LIFEՄի քանի տարի առաջ գիշերները պտտում ու շուռոմուռ էի տալիս ոտքերս, չգիտեի՝ ոնց մեկնեի։ Անքուն գիշերներ, հոգնածություն ու լարվածություն։ Այնինչ ոտքերը մեր հենարանն են ողջ կյանքում։ Ի վերջո ես բուժում գտա իմ ոտքերի համար։
Թասը կամ դույլը 2-3 լիտր տաք ջուր լցնել,տնտեսական օճառը գցել մեջը (ձեռքի օճառ չի լինի), որպեսզի ջուրը կաթի պես սպիտակի։ Ավելացնել մեկական բուռ սոդա և ծովի աղ, խառնել, մինչև լուծվեն։ Թեյնիկից եռման ջուր լցնել այնքան, որքան կդիմանաք, ավելացնել 10 կաթիլ յոդ։ Ոտքերը մինչև կոճերը դնել այդ լուծույթում 15 րոպե, ոչ ավելի, այլապես կսկսվի հակառակ գործընթացը։
Այդ ընթացքում լուծույթը ոտքերից հանում է ամբողջ ցավը։ Ոտքերը չորացնել, կրեմ կամ բուժիչ քսուկ քսել, կարելի է՝ ձիթապտղի յուղով։ Ոտնաթաթերը մերսել, բրդե գուլպա հագնել և պառկել քնելու։ Լուծույթն օգտագործել 3 անգամ, ամեն անգամ տաքացնելով այն աստիճանի, որքան կդիմանաք և ևս 10 կաթիլ յոդ ավելացնելով և ոտքերը մեջը ամենաշատը 15 րոպե պահել։ Այնուհետև ևս 3 անգամ պատրաստել թարմ լուծույթ։
Կրկնել օրական 10-12 անգամ, ապա ընդմիջել և շարունակել ըստ ինքնազգացողության։ Երակների խնդիրներ ունեցողները (երակների լայնացում կամ տրոմբոֆլեբիտ), լուծույթը շատ չտաքացնեն, օգտագործեն գոլ վիճակում։
Առաջին պրոցեդուրայից հետո ես հանգիստ քնեցի, իսկ 10-րդից՝ մոռացա՝ ինչ բան է ոտքերի ցավը։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքւմ դարձյալ անցկացնում եմ բուժումը։ Ընկերուհիներս ևս բուժվում են այս ձևով և շատ գոհ են։
