Մանդարինի կեղևում կա մի մեծ ուժ, որի մասին քչերը գիտեն․ 7 բաղադրատոմս, որոնք կօգնեն ազատվել ամենատարբեր առողջական խնդիրներից

1. Դիսբակտերիոզի և մարսողության հետ կապված խնդիրների ժամանակ չորացնել մանդարինի կեղևը, մանրացնել սրճաղացով: 1 թ/գ ավելացնել սիրած ճաշատեսակի մեջ: Փորձեք նաև սուրճ պատրաստել:
2. Բրոնխաբորբի ժամանակ 2 ճ/գ չոր կեղևի վրա լցնել 1.5 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր: Այդ խառնուրդը 5 րոպե դնել թույլ կրակի վրա և թողնել, որպեսզի այն թրմվի 1 ժամվա ընթացքում: Այդ թուրմն օգտագործել տաքացրած վիճակում, կես բաժակ օրը 3 անգամ:
3. Չոր հազի ժամանակ 2 ճ/գ չոր կեղևի վրա լցնել մեկ բաժակ օղի և թրմել 1 շաբաթ մութ վայրում: Օրը 3 անգամ ճաշից առաջ օգտագործել թուրմի 20 կաթիլ՝ լուծելով այն ջրում:
4. Մրսածության ժամանակ ինհալացիա անել՝ մանդարինի կեղևի վրա եռացրած ջուր լցնելով: Շնորհիվ ֆիտոնցիդների հատկությունների՝ մանդարինի գոլորշին արագ կոչնչացնի ինֆեկցիան:
5. Ոտնաթաթերի սնկային հիվանդության ժամանակ բավարար է օրը 2 անգամ մանդարինի կեղևով մերսել ոտքի եղունգները և մատները, և սունկը կվերանա:
6. Անքնության և հոգնածության ժամանակ թարմ կեղևը դնել տոպրակի մեջ և շնչել բույրը 15 րոպե: Ցիտրուսի բույրը և եթերային յուղերը կօգնեն հաղթահարել հոգնածությունը, հանել նյարդային սթրեսը, թուլանալ և արագ քնել:
7. Բարձր ճնշման և առիթմիայի ժամանակ 1 բաժակ թարմ կեղևի վրա լցնել 3 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր: Հասցնել եռման, հետո թրմել 1 ժամ: Մանդարինի թուրմով տաք լոգանք ընդունել քնելուց մեկ ժամ առաջ:
