  • 2 լիտր ջուր։

Պատրաստման եղանակը։

Լավ լվացեք կիտրոնը և կտրատեք այն։ Այնուհետև մաքրեք սխտորը և ավելացրեք  այն կիտրոնի և կոճապղպեղի հետ բլենդերի մեջ։ Երբ խառնուրդը պատրաստ կլինի, լցրեք այն կաթսայի մեջ։ Ավելացրեք 2 լիտր ջուր, խառնեք այն։ Դրեք խառնուրդը գազօջախի սալիկին, սակայն մի տաքացրեք այն եռալու աստիճանի։ Այնուհետև անջատեք կրակը և թողեք, որ խառնուրդը սառի։ Քամեք խառնուրդը միջին ֆիլտրի օգնությամբ և լցրեք այն ապակե շշի մեջ։

Եթե ձեզ դուր չի գալիս ըմպելիքի համը, դուք կարող եք ավելացնել մի փոքր մեղր։

Կիրառումը՝

Ընդունեք մեկ բաժակ այս ըմպելիքից ամեն օր դատարկ ստամոքսին։ Միշտ թափահարեք ըմպելիքը օգտագործումից առաջ։ Ընդունեք այս ըմպելիքը 3 օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ հետո տվեք մեկ շաբաթ դադար։ Հանգստից հետո նորից կրկնեք այս ցիկլը։

Արդեն 3 շաբաթ անց դուք կտեսնեք և կզգաք զարմանահրաշ փոփոխությունները ձեր օրգանիզմի հետ։
