Երբ արդեն մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր եք խմել: Մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր խմելը վնասակար է առողջությանը, կարող է հիպոնատրիեմիա առաջացնել: Շատ մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր խմելը կարող է հանգեցնել օրգանիզմում էլեկտրոլիտների դիսբալանսին և դա շատ վտանգավոր է օրգանիզմի համար:
