Կակաոյի հատիկները պարունակում են 12-15% սպիտակուցներ, ճարպեր, 6-10% ածխաջրեր, B խմբի վիտամիններ և հակաօքսիդանտներ։
Վերջերս հետազոտությունները ապացուցել են, որ կակաոն պարունակում է մի միացություն (կոկոհիլ), որը խթանում է մաշկի բջիջների աճին, վնասվածքների բուժմանը և կանխում է կնճիռների առաջացումը։
Ինչպես նաև կակաոյում կան նյութեր, որոնք պաշտպանում են օրգանիզմը բազմաթիվ վտանգավոր հիվանդություններից, ինչպիսիք են քաղցկեղը, դիաբետը, ինֆարկտը և ինսուլտը։
Ամերիկացի գիտնականները հաստատել են այն փաստը, որ չնայած կակաոն պարունակում է ավելի շատ կալորիաներ, քան թեյը կամ սուրճը, բայց միևնույն է այն չի գիրացնում։
Խորհուրդ է տրվում կակաոն օգտագործել օրվա առաջին կեսին։
Իսկ կակաոյի այս բաղադրատոմսը կզարմացնի ձեզ իր համով և կհզորացնի դրա օգտակար հատկությունները մի քանի անգամով։
Բաղադրիչներ․
2 բաժակ կաթ, եթե դուք օգտագործեք նուշի կաթ, ապա համը ավելի լավը լինի,
1, 1/2 ճաշի գդալ կակաոյի փոշի կամ շոկոլադ,
1 թեյի գդալ դարչին,
1/2 թեյի գդալ մանրացրած մեխակ,
մեկ պտղունց աղ,
1/4 թեյի գդալ մեղրախոտ (ըստ ցանկության)
Պատրաստումը․
Կաթսայի մեջ լցրեք կակաոն կամ շոկոլադը, համեմունքները, մեղրախոտը և աղը նուշի կաթի մեջ և տաքացրեք մինչև ամբողջը լավ չլուծվի։ Ես խորհուրդ եմ տալիս անընդհատ խառնել տաքանալու ընթացքում։
