Փարիզում ո՞վ «շահեց», և ո՞վ կորցրեց

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Փարիզում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական ակտերը որոշակի փոփոխություններ մտցրեցին մերօրյա միջազգային հարաբերությունների հարթակներում: Եթե նախկինում եվրոպացիները մի տեսակ (անհիմն) հանգիստ էին իրենց անվտանգության համար, ապա այսօր Եվրոպայի կենտրոնում մոտ 200 մարդ զոհ դարձավ հերթական ահաբեկչությանը: Նոր պայմաններում եվրոպացիների վերաբերմունքը մի շարք կարևոր իրողությունների ու հանգամանքերի հանդեպ ամենայն հավանականությամբ կփոխվի: Սակայն թե դա ինչ դրսևորումներ կունենա, այս պահին դժվար է ասել:
Եթե Փարիզում տեղ գտած ահաբեկչական գործողությունները վերլուծենք չոր ռացիոնալիզմի տեսանկյունից, ապա կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ դրանց արդյունքում շահեկան վիճակում հայտնվեցին.
• ԻՊ-ը (եթե իրապես նա է հանդիսանում ահաբեկչական ակտերի կազմակերպիչը), որը լուրջ հարված հասցրեց եվրոպական անվտանգությանը, նրա ընկալմանը, Ֆրանսիա պետությանը, ով մասնակցում էր ԻՊ-ի դեմ վարվող գործընթացներին:
• Շահեցին եվրոպական ազգայնականները և հատկապես դրա ֆրանսիական ճյուղը՝ Մարի Լը Պենի գլխավորությամբ:
• Շահեց Ռուսաստանը, քանի որ սա լեգիտիմացրեց նրա գործունեությունը Սիրիայում:
• Շահեց Բ.Ասադը, քանի որ սա հստակ ուրվագծեց այն իրողությունը, որ Ասադի վարչակարգի հիմնական թիրախ հանդիսացող ԻՊ-ը հարվածում է այդ նույն Ասադին քննադատողներին:
• Անուղղակիորեն շահեցին ԱՄՆ-ը, որը հակված էր, որ Եվրոպան առավել մեծ ներգրավվածություն ունենա Մերձավորարևելյան անվտանգության ապահովման ԱՄՆ ծրագրերում:
Փարիզյան ահաբեկչության արդյունքում ոչ շահեկան վիճակում հայտնվեցին.
• Տուժեց Ֆրանսիայի և նրա քաղաքացիները անվտանգությունը:
• Տուժեցին Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերը, քանզի ունակ չգտնվեցին կանխարգելիչ կերպով դիմագրավել ակտերին:
• Տուժեցին «եվրոպական« արժեհամակարգը և նրա հումանիստական իրավունքի նորմերը:
• Տուժեցին մույտիկուլտուրալիզմը և անվտանգության «եվրոպական» ընկալումը:
Այս պարագայում Ֆրանսիան` որպես ահաբեկչական գործողությունների «պատասխան», սկսեց ԻՊ-ի դիրքերի զանգվածային ռմբահարումները: Սակայն միթե՞ դա է այն համարժեք ու հասցեական պատասխանը, որը Ֆրանսիան և առհասարակ Եվրոպան կդարձնի առավել անվտանգ: Իհարկե ոչ: Սա ավելի շուտ խոցված երկրի առաջին արձագանք էր: Մինչդեռ այսօր, մի շարք հանգամանքների զորու, «եվրոպական անվտանգություն» ասածին պետք է մի փոքր վերապահումով մոտենալ: ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակներում այն օբյեկտիվորեն կարելի է ապահովել միայն արտաքին հնարավոր հարձակման պարագայում: Մինչդեռ Եվրոպայի հիմնական սպառնալիքը բխում է հենց Եվրոպայի ներսից, ուստի հաճախ տեսանելի չէ: Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ ծանր օրեր են սպասում Եվրոպային:
