Հայաստանի օգնությունը Իրան կհասնի երկու օրից
SOCIETYԻրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցած ջրհեղեղից տուժածներին օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համար ապրիլի 8-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից մարդասիրական օգնության շարասյունը մեկնեց հարևան Իրան:
Ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի կողմից Իրանի բնակչության կարիքների համար ԻԻՀ լիազոր ներկայացուցչին՝ Կարմիր մահիկին, 4 բեռնատար մեքենաները որպես մարդասիրական օգնություն կփոխանցեն 20 հատ M-10 և 20 հատ M-30 վրան, 250 հատ մահճակալ, 4000 ծածկոց: Օգնություն տանող 4 բեռնատարների հետ մեկնեց ևս մեկը, որն ապահովված է տեխնիկական բոլոր միջոցներով՝ ճանապարհին մեքենաների խափանման դեպքում դրանք վերանորոգելու համար: Նշենք, որ փրկարարներ չեն մեկնել, քանի որ իրանական կողմը հրաժարվել է այդ օգնությունից: Բեռների ճանապարհման միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին ԱԻ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը և ՀՀ-ում ԻԻՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադին:
Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը նշեց, որ մարդասիրական օգնություն տեղափոխող բեռնատարները կհասնեն մինչև Իրանի Թավրիզ քաղաք: «Բեռնատարները կհասնեն Թավրիզ, բեռները կփոխանցեն Կարմիր մահիկին, որն էլ այն կտնօրինի: Մենք բազմապիսի առաջարկներ ենք արել իրանական կողմին: Առաջարկել էինք նաև մեր անձնակազմի օգնությունը, սակայն իրանական կողմը մերժեց՝ ասելով, որ նմանատիպ օգնություն իրենց հարկավոր չէ», - նշեց Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մարդասիրական օգնությունը շարունակական կլինի: Նախարարը նշում է, որ այս ջրհեղեղն աննախադեպ է իր ծավալներով. տուժել է 1900 բնակավայր, վնասվել են կամուրջներ, գյուղատնտեսական հողատարածքներ, ճանապարհներ, կան զոհեր և վիրավորներ:
Հայաստանում ԻԻՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադին շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հայկական կողմին օգնության համար: Վերջինս նշում է, որ Հայաստանի արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարը բավական մեծ փորձ ունի. «Պարոն նախարարը բավական բարենպաստ հնարավորություններ և հող է նախապատրաստել երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների համար: Հուսով եմ, որ առաջիկա այցելությունների ընթացքում կկարողանանք զարգացնել հայկական և իրանակական կողմերի համապատասխան նախարարությունների միջև հարաբերությունները», - ասաց դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջադին: Վերջինս նաև հիշեց, որ 1988 թվականին, երբ Հայաստանը մեծապես տուժեց երկրաշարժից, իրանական կողմը ևս ձեռք էր մեկնել բարեկամ ու հարևան երկրին, իսկ այժմ նույն կերպ վարվում է նաև Հայաստանը:
