«Մենք 30 տարի զբաղված ենք մշակութային ինքնասպանությամբ»
INTERVIEW«Փաստի» զրուցակիցն է դերասան, բանաստեղծ Գնել Սարգսյանը:
Ամեն ինչ չպետք է «ափալ-թափալ» արվի
Տասը տարուց ավելի է՝ ասում եմ, որ մշակույթի նախարարություն ասվածն ինձ համար աբսուրդ երևույթ է: Ես չեմ ասում, որ չպետք է համակարգված աշխատանք իրագործել, այն պետք է լինի, բայց ոչ նախարարության տեսքով: Ավելի հակված եմ վարչության կամ կոմիտեի տարբերակին: Նախարարություն ասվածն ինչո՞վ է զբաղված: Նախարարությունը հնացած մոդել է: Գուցե պետք է լինի վարչություն, որն, օրինակ, իր մեջ կընդգրկի կոմիտեներ, արհմիություններ, շահագրգիռ անձանց, որոնք զբաղված կլինեն համընդհանուր հարցերով, հայկական մշակույթը զարգացնելով: Ես բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ այս ամենին պետք է աջակցի նաև սփյուռքը: Մշակութային գործիչները պետք է փոխադարձ այցեր կատարեն, փորձեն մշակութային հետաքրքիր ծրագրեր կյանքի կոչել, ճանաչեն իրար: Արտգործնախարարությունը ևս իր ներկայացուցիչը պետք է ունենա այդ վարչության մեջ, որպեսզի ուղղակիորեն կարողանա օգտակար լինել արտերկրում հայկական մշակույթը տարածելու գործին: Բայց ամեն ինչ չպետք է «ափալ-թափալ» արվի: Ամեն ինչ պետք է հասկանալի լինի, որ արված աշխատանքն էլ իր օգուտը տա:
Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի մասին լռում եմ
Այն, ինչ կատարվում է մշակույթի հետ նոր բան չէ: Հին խոսք կա՝ ինչ ցանում ենք, այն էլ հնձում ենք: Մենք 30 տարի է՝ զբաղված ենք մշակութային ինքնասպանությամբ: Մշակութային դաստիարակությունը, սկսած մանկապարտեզից կամ դպրոցից, գոյություն չունի: Մեր մշակույթը շատ թափթփված և ինքնամփոփ է: Սա շատ ցավալի է: Ամեն մի արտիստ, ամեն մի ստեղծագործող անում է այն, ինչ ինքն է ուզում: Պետք է կոլեկտիվ աշխատանք տարվի: Մշակույթը ինքնազոհ աշխատանք է պահանջում, իսկ այսօր դարձել է եկամուտ: Սա այսօր արդեն խնդիր է: Մշակույթ են անվանում այսօր ամենատարբեր երևույթները, բացի նրանից, ինչն իրոք մշակույթ է: Իսկ հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի մասին ես առհասարակ լռում եմ:
Ունենք Մատենադարան, որն աշխարհի ամենամեծ գրապահոցներից մեկն է: Ի՞նչ գրքեր կան այնտեղ, գիտե՞նք, չգիտենք: Իսկ այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ արվո՞ւմ են, թե՞ ոչ: Այս աշխատանքը որևէ կերպ խրախուսվո՞ւմ է, ես, ի դեպ, չեմ խոսում ֆինանսական խրախուսման մասին: Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց պատասխանները չկան:
Ֆինանսը միշտ չէ, որ առաջին տեղում է: Ինքս մի քանի տարի առաջ Ռոստովում թատրոն հիմնեցի, որը հիմա շարունակում է գործել: Ես դա արեցի նյութական շահ չհետապնդելով, սերունդների և ինձ համար:
Փոփոխություններ պետք է լինեն տնտեսության և կրթության ոլորտում
Հեղափոխությունից սպասումներս արդարանում են: Հայակենտրոն քաղաքականությունը բավականին արագ տեմպերով զարգանում է, թռիչքային քայլերով առաջ գնում: Իհարկե, ներքին խմորումներն ինձ այնքան էլ դուր չեն գալիս: Սակայն միակողմանի մեղադրելը ևս սխալ է, որովհետև, իմ կարծիքով, մեր հասարակությունը պետք է պատրաստ լիներ ունենալ այն կառավարությունը, որը հիմա ունի: Ամեն մեկը մտածում է իր «եսի», օրվա խնդրի մասին:
Եսամոլությունը, որն այսօր կա մարդկանց մեջ, 30 տարվա պրոպագանդայի հետևանքն է: Մարդկանց էլ մեղադրել չես կարող: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ լավ է, եթե այսպես շարունակվի:
Փոփոխություններ պետք է լինեն տնտեսության և կրթության ոլորտում: Հատկապես կրթության ոլորտում պետք է հայակենտրոն քաղաքականություն վարել: Ամեն մարդ պետք է հասկանա, որ խոսքը իր երկրի, հայրենիքի մասին է, ամեն հարցում «ես»-ով չառաջնորդվի: Պետք չէ շարժվել՝ «իսկ ի՞նչ օգուտ ունեմ ես» սկզբունքով: Այստեղ հարց՝ իսկ ի՞նչ օգուտ ես ակնկալում դու քո երկրից: Ի վերջո, ունեցել ենք ազգային, հայակենտրոն գաղափարախոսություն: Այն ուղղակի պետք է վերականգնել:
