Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավարը, մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի՝ նախօրեի հայտարարությունը, նշել է, որ «այն չի ենթարկվում որևէ տրամաբանության և ոչ նորմալ մտածողությամբ մարդու զառանցանք է հիշեցնում»:

Խոսքը Դավիթ Տոնոյանի այն հայտարարության մասին է, համաձայն որի՝ «հատուկ գործողություններ իրականացնող հայկական ստորաբաժանումներն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հայկական կողմին հնարավորություն կտան գործողությունները տեղափոխել հակառակորդի տարածք»:

«Սադրանքի դեպքում հակառակորդի հետ առերեսվելու ենք իր տարածքում»,- նաև ասել էր ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:

«Հայկական իշխանությունները ներկայացնող այս մարդը ելույթ է ունենում միջազգային ահաբեկիչների ոճով՝ խաղաղ բնակչության հասցեին բարձրաձայնելով բացահայտ սպառնալից հայտարարություններ»,ասել է ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան: Նա հավելել է, թե Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի վերջին հայտարարությունները «վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության դեմ ուղղված և Տոնոյանի ապագա քաղաքական կարիերայի համար հաշվարկված խորամանկ ծրագրի մի մասն են»:

Բաքվից հնչող հիստերիկ ու մերկապարանոց հայտարարություններն ամենևին էլ նորություն չեն, սակայն Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ խոսնակի հրապարակային խոսքը գերազանցում է անգամ, այսպես կոչված, ադրբեջանական շրիշակային ստանդարտը։

Նախ՝ Բաքվում այդպես էլ չեն կարողանում սովորել, որ նույնիսկ հակառակորդ պետության պաշտոնատար անձանց պետք է պատասխանել դիվանագիտական լեզվով՝ ճիշտ այնպես, ինչես դա անում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն, ընդ որում՝ թե՛ հիմա, թե՛ նախկին բոլոր նախագահների պաշտոնավարման օրոք, սակայն անհրաժեշտ եմ համարում անդրադառնալ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյայի խոսքի բովանդակությանը՝ կատարելով մի քանի շեշտադրում։

Դավիթ Տոնոյանը դարձյալ խոսել է խաղաղության օրակարգի համատեքստում, այսինքն՝ նա հանդես է եկել ոչ թե պատերազմի նախահարձակի դիրքերից, այլ ընդամենը զգուշացրել է, որ եթե Բաքուն դիմի սադրանքների, ապա կարժանանա հայկական կողմի արժանի հարկահարվածին։ Հայաստանի ՊՆ նախարարի խոսքի համատեքստն ակնհայտ է և ընկալելի է ցանկացած բանական մարդու համար, ու այս հարթության վրա միայն ծիծաղ է առաջացնում Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի երևակայությունը, որը, չգիտես՝ որտեղից, Տոնոյանի խոսքում հայտնաբերել է միայն իրեն հայտնի «ահաբեկչի» ձեռագիր։

Սակայն շատ ավելի քստմնելի են Բաքվի փորձերը, որոնցով փորձ է արվում սեպ խրել մի դեպքում՝ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի իշխանությունների, այս դեպքում՝ Փաշինյանի ու Տոնոյանի միջև։

Բաքվում, ըստ ամենայնի, շփոթված են Հայաստանի իշխանության՝ արցախյան նոր քաղաքականությունից, ինչը Ադրբեջանին զրկել է անգամ ռազմական սադրանքի դիմելու հնարավորությունից։
