Հանրային քննարկման պատրանք. հայտարարություն
POLITICSԱրցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, ուր մասնավորաբար ասված է.
Այսօր Արցախի հանրային հեռուստատեսությունից Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը հրավեր ստացավ մասնակցելու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների մասին օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությունների շուրջ քննարկումներին մասնակցելու համար: Անկեղծ ասած հրավերը ոգևորիչ էր, քանզի մտածեցինք՝ իրողություն է փոխվել, իշխանությունը դարձի է գալիս, պատրաստակամություն կա լսելու նաև ընդիմադիր ուժերին: Տեսագրությունը պետք է մեկնարկեր ժամը 14-ն անց 30 րոպեին: Այն պահին, երբ կուսակցության համանախագահ Միքայել Սողոմոնյանը մոտենում էր հանրային հեռուստատեսության մատույցներին, հանրայինի լրագրողը հեռախոսազանգով տեղեկացրեց, որ տեսագրության նկարահանումը տեղի չի ունենա և պատճառաբանեց, որ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ Մարատ Հասրաթյանը հրաժարվում է «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահի հետ մասնակցել քննարկմանը:
Ցավոք սրտի պարզվեց, որ իրականում ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվել: Տեղի ունեցածը գնահատելով որպես արտառոց երևույթ, հանգեցինք այն եզրակացության, որ իշխանությունները դեռևս պատրաստ չեն երկխոսության և չեն էլ թաքցնում, որ մտադրություն անգամ չունեն: Ինչ վերաբերվում է հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը, ցավում ենք, որ նմանատիպ քննարկումների նախապատրաստական գործընթացում ստիպված են հաշվի նստել իշանության ներկայացուցիչների քմահաճույքի հետ, անտեսելով հանրային շահը:
Բոլոր դեպքերում «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունից մտավախությունը տեղին էր: Առավել ևս, որ առջևում ՏԻՄ ընտրություններն են:
