Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգ` երկրի անվտանգության համար: Այսօր` նոյեմբերի 17-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանը:

«Ելնելով մեր աշխարհագրական դիրքից` մենք իրավունք չունենք մեկ մարդու վրա թողնելու քաղաքական որոշումներ կայացնելու պատասխանատվությունը, եւ պարտավոր ենք գնալու կառավարման կոլեկտիվ համակարգին»,-նշեց ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորը:

«Հայազն» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը, սակայն, համոզված է, որ փոփոխություններն արվում են իշխանության վերարտադրության համար, քանի որ վստահելի ժառանգորդ չունեն:

«Սկզբունքորեն մենք չենք քննարկում բովանդակային մասը: Ես միայն կասեմ, որ այս փուլում կա հարաբերական տեղեկատվական ազատություն, սակայն քանի ՀՀԿ-ն չի հեռացվել տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններից, չի կարող ազատ հանրաքվե անցկացվել: Երբ պետական ամբողջ համակարգը վերահսկվում է մեկ կուսակցության կողմից, ազատ հանրաքվեն անհնար է»,- ասաց Արմեն Հովհանննիսյանը:

Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի այս դիտարկմանը Շիրակ Թորոսյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք կարող էին բազմաթիվ թեկնածուներ առաջարկել, սակայն իրենք փոփոխություններն անում են` Հանրապետության անվտանգության, համակարգային բարեփոխումների համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն կանցկացվի դեկտեմբերի վեցին: Սահմանադրության նոր նախագծով նախատեսում է անցում կատարել կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգի:
