- Գրավեք հարմար դիրք բազմոցին (դիմակը պետք է պառկած դնել),
- Վերցրեք կատավատի լուծույթը և բամբակ
- Բամբակի միջոցով այդ միջոցը քսեք դեմքին, պարանոցին և դեկոլտեի հատվածում:
- Թողեք չորանա,
- Քսեք ևս մեկ շերտ
- Կրկին թողեք չորանա
- Կրկնեք մոտավորապես 6 անգամ:
- Այնուհետև լվացեք տաք ջրով:
