Պատրաստման եղանակը

Ոսպը և բրինձը լավ լվանալ, մինչև ջուրը թափանցիկ դառնա և  եփել  առանձին կաթսաներում աղ գցված ջրում;

Սոխը և գազարը կտրատել կիսաշրջանաձև  և անցկացնել խոշոր քերիչով:

Թավայի մեջ բուսայուղ տաքացնել  և  բանջարեղենները տապակել 5 րոպե, մինչև փափկեն և ոսկեգույն երանգ ստանան:  Համեմել աղով և պղպեղով:

Եփված ոսպն ու բրինձը միացնել  և ավելացնել  տապակված ոսպը և գազարը:
