LIFEԻնչպե՞ս տարբերել իսկական կարագը կեղծից. ընդամենը հարկավոր է տիրապետել այս պարզ միջոցներին:
1.Նայեք բաղադրությանը, այնտեղ պետք է գրած լինի ընդամենը երկու բաղադրիչ՝ անարատ կաթ եւ սերուցք:
2.Եթե փաթեթի վրա ոչ մի տեղ չկա գրած կարագ, ապա դա կարող է լինել մարգարին կամ սփրեդ:
3.Իսկական կարագը կարելի է տարբերել նաեւ արժեքով, քանի որ այն բաղկացած է կովի կաթից, որն էլ բավականին թանկ է փոխարինողներից:
4.Կարագը չպետք է շատ դեղին կամ սպիտակ լինի:
5.Իսկական կարագը չի կպչի փաթեթին կամ դանակին, այն բավականին պինդ է:
6.Նայեք պահպանման ժամկետին, եթե այդ կարագը պատրաստված է կովի կաթից, ապա պահպանման ժամկետը չպետք է գերազանցի 10 օրը, իսկ եթե գնել եք մետաղյա ամանով, ապա պահպանման ժամկետը չպետք է գերազանցի երեք ամիսը:
7.Երբ իսկական կարագը սկսում է հալչել, դա տեղի է ունենում հավասարապես, կարագի երեսին չպետք է կաթիլներ գոյանան: Այդպես լինում է միայն մարգարինի դեպքում:
8.Շատ կարեւոր է, որպեսզի կարագը չփշրվի, երբ հանում ենք սառնարանից, այն պետք է հացի վրա տարածվի խիտ, հարթ շերտով:
