Հավանաբար ամռանը ձեզ նույնպես անհանգստացնում են կրունկների չորությունն ու ցավոտ ճաքերը: Որպեսզի թույլ չտաք՝ ավելի խորանա այդ խնդիրը, հարկավոր է շարունակ խնամել առաջարկվող միջոցներով:

Այս խնդիրն իր հերթին լինում է բարդության տարբեր աստիճանների։ Պատճառն այն է, որ, ի տարբերություն մարմնի մյուս մասերի, ոտքերի մաշկը չունի ճարպագեղձեր։ Դրա փոխարեն քրտնագեղձերն են համարվում խոնավության միակ աղբյուրը։
