POLITICSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ բավականին անկեղծ, ազնիվ եւ կառուցողական զրույց ենք ունեցել: Պատասխանելով ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակի հարցին այս մասին ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Ցավոք, մենք դեռ ընդհանուր պատկերացումներ չունենք ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մեխանիզմների, նրբությունների մասին, բայց այն, որ մենք քննարկման բավականին անկեղծ մթնոլոտ էինք ստեղծել, արդեն լավ է: Մեր ըմբռնմամբ՝ կան մի քանի հարցեր, որոնց մենք պետք է պատասխանենք խաղաղության օրակարգի ինստիտուցիոնալ ուժեղացման համար: Առաջինը՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձեւաչափի լիարժեք ներգրավվածությունն է, որը ենթադրում է բանակցային գործընթացում նաեւ Ղարաբաղի մասնակցությունը: Ինչպես կարող ենք լուծել հարցը՝ չլսելով այդ կողմին»,-ասել է նա:
Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ շատերը չգիտեն, որ Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հանդիպում է եղել, այսինքն եղել է նման պրակտիկա:
«Բացի այդ Ղարաբաղի ընտրված ներկայացուցիչները երկար ժամանակ ներգրավված են եղել գործընթացում: Ոմանք ասում են, որ նրանք ներգրավված են եղել մինչեւ 1988 թվականը, բայց ես կասեի, որ ընդհուպ մինչեւ 2018 թվականը:
Քոչարյանը ընտրված նախագահ էր, Սերժ Սարգսյանը եղել է առաջնորդներից մեկը: Այսինքն մեզ մոտ իրավիճակ է, որի ժամանակ Ղարաբաղը միշտ ներգրավված է եղել գործընթացում: Այսօր մեր խնդիրն է ստեղծել պայմաններ, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանի հետ երկխոսությունը չընդհատվի»,- նշել է նա:
