Հիշում եմ, մի անգամ, կենսաբանության դասին ինձ ահավոր վատ զգացի։ Գենետիկայի հետ կապված ինչ-որ առարկա էինք անցնում։ Ուսուցչուհին պատմեց՝ ինչ հիվանդություններ են ժառանգաբար փոխանցվում։

Որպես ցայտուն ապացույց ցույց տվեց ոտքի դուրս ցցված ոսկրիկը։ Ուսուցչուհու ասելով, տգեղ ու ցավոտ մեծացած կոճը  մայրական գծով է փոխանցվում։ Եթե ձեր մայրը կամ տատիկը նման հիվանդությունից տառապել են, հաստատ դուք էլ նույն ախտից եք գանգատվելու։ Մայրս միշտ տանջվում էր  դրանից։ Եվ զարմանալի չի․ նա  30 տարի վիրահատարանում բուժքույր է աշխատել, մշտապես ոտքի վրա էր։ Երբ ուսուսցչուհիս պատմեց գենետիկայի մասին, հիշեցի մայրիկի բազմաչարչար ոտքերն ու մտածեցի․ մի՞թե ես էլ եմ նույն ցավից տանջվելու։ Երեխաները անչափ տպավորվող են, ուստի հենց դասի ժամին հեկեկացի․․․

Ինչպես վերացնել ոտքի ոսկրիկը

Կենսաբանության ուսուցչուհիս միայն մասամբ էր իրավացի։ Ժառանգաբար փոխանցվում են սոսկ ոտնաթաթի ձևը, կոճի ձևափոխման ու աճի հակվածությունը։

Եթե ոտնաթաթը խնամենք, ճիշտ կոշիկ հագնենք, ոտնաթաթը չծանրաբեռնենք, հետևենք մարմնի քաշին, չցրտահարենք, ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի։ Երբեմն իմ ոտաթաթն էլ է ցավում, թեև մեծացել է, բայց այնքան չէ, որքան մայրիկինս։ Դա էլ ընդամենը փոքր ժամանակ հագածս նեղ ու անհարմար կոշիկի պատճառով։  Մի անգամ մորս գանգատվեցի կոճիս ցավից, ու նա ինձ խորհուրդ տվեց՝ ինչ անեմ։ Այդպես անում են նաև հիվադանոցի մյուս բուժքույրերը, որոնց մեծ մասն այդ խնդիրն ունի։

Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է․

  • տեղային կիրառման «Քլորոֆիլիպտ» յուղային  լուծույթ,
  • «Դիմեքսիդ», 
  • դեղաթրջոցի բամբակ,
  • ներակիչ 5 մլ,
  • պլաստիկ բաժակ կամ լուծույթի պատրաստման համար ցանկացած այլ  աման։

Կիրառումը

Վերցրեք ներարկիչն ու 3 խորանարդ «Քլորոֆիլիպտ» յուղային  լուծույթ քաշեք։ Հեղուկը լցրեք պլաստիկե բաժակի մեջ։ Այնուհետև  ներարկիչով «Դիմեքսիդ» քաշեք, խառնեք «Քլորոֆիլիպտ»-ի հետ։ Բուժիչ խառնուրդը լցրեք բամբակե թրջոցին և դրեք կոճին։

 

Այս ընթացակարգը պետք է անցկացնել առավոտն ու երեկոյան։ Դեղաթրջոցը պիտի կոճին թողել շուրջ 15 րոպե։

 

Եթե ձեր ոտքի կոճն աճում է, և մշտական ցավ եք զգում, փորձեք այս փրկարար դեղատոմսը։

Երեկոյան նման դեղաթրջոց դնելով առավոտյան կողմ արդեն թեթևություն կզգաք։ Եվ դա՝ պատրաստուկների հրաշագործ հակաբորբոքային հատկությունների շնորհիվ։

Դիսպանսերում, որտեղ առ այսօր աշխատում է մայրս, «Քլորոֆիլիպտ»-ն առհասարակ, ամեն տեսակի ցավ դարմոնող դեղամիջոց է համավում։ Դրանով կոկորդն են ողողում, բուժում մաշկային հիվանդությունները։ Բժիշկներն իրար խորհուրդ են տալիս այն իբրև համադարման։ Ես դեղամիջոցը փորձել եմ ու գոհ եմ, քանզի մաշկիս վրա եմ զգում դրա օգտակարությունը։
